Regarding the pest sighting reported at our hotel, we immediately conducted comprehensive inspections using our surveillance cameras and examined surrounding areas. Our investigation found no evidence of this nature, and we have received no similar reports since then. We maintain strict cleaning and sanitation protocols throughout the property. We processed your reservation as a cancellation as you did not return. We understand this experience fell short of your expectations.
