We were so happy with this hotel that we came back to stay again. The staff was amazing, gave us a complimentary upgrade to premium room because it is our honeymoon. Very appreciative of that. Recommended this hotel by a good friend and it didn't disappoint. The location is fantastic with utmost convenience. Walking street and convenience stores and eateries all around the corner. Basically, once you step out of the hotel, you are in the midst of the action. Highly recommended with a very customer focus staff, Japanese hospitality gold standard.

Great place, easy to access by midosuji line subway. Walking distance to reach Namba and Dotonbori.

Absurd policy whereby guests are absolutely not permitted to check in until 3:00 p.m. onwards, which means a lobby crowded with impatient people. At the stroke of 3:00 p.m. there is a massive rush to check in with long cues. Why not at least register guests as and when they arrive and complete the registration for malities first? And if rooms are ready before 3:00 p.m. why not let our guests get comfortable and settled, instead of being so rigid and inflexible? Isn't caring for your paying customers a priority???? I was first assigned room 1602 which I later found out was right beside the lift's, and from where I could hear lifts going up and down all the time and by 11:00 p.m. as I could not sleep due to the noise, I had to repeatedly insist on a room change. Took four visits from a receptionist over the course of 40 minutes just to achieve this simple task. He was extremely reluctant to let me change rooms at first but only relented when I insisted that I would not pay for the room if I could not sleep in peace. The following day my keys did not work, and when I asked why, the reception staff said that they assumed that I would want to change rooms again, even though I had already told the receptionist the night before that, I would not be bothered changing rooms again. Poor communication among staff, and at the very least, I ought to have been informed when I first checked in that the room was prone to lift noise and been given a choice. Excellent location right above Shinsaibashi subway station, and in the busiest shopping and dining precinct of Osaka. The hotel has absolutely no recreational facilities such as a gymnasium or swimming pool, although the property is well maintained and clean, although the mattress in my room was sagging, probably due to age. BEWARE of rooms within 20 metres of the lifts - do not accept them under any circumstances, unless you are an extremely heavy sleeper!

Staff are friendly, polite and professional. They speak good English and good in communication. Breakfast buffet is good and highly recommend to book your room with breakfast included.

Its location is superb - definitely no complaints. The service is just so so given such a huge number of tourists. I can hardly see a Japanese dweller during my three-day stay. Room is pretty small but enough for us. Breakfast is a bit pricy so we only had it in the hotel for once.

The hotel is neat and tidy at a good location. Room size a little bit small for two guests. Toilet design is great. Amenities are also very good. However, I didn’t try their breakfast as it was too busy.

The location is superb!! Famous shopping mall Parco is just opposite. Super near to subway station. Walking distance to shinsaibashi.

Lovely central hotel in the heart of the city. Entrance to the hotel is a little awkward.. staff were very attentive and helpful. However, checkin time was strict but we were aware as we read the comments so we kept busy until then afternoon / evening. No need breakfast since all the great restaurants are around the hotel! :)

I will give full mark to this hotel. Very good location, good room condition, service was good as well. Got a direct lift to B2 for Shinsaibashi Metro Station. Everything is good, no complaints. The best hotel in my 9 days Osaka n Kyoto Trip.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to main shopping, restaurants and activities in Namba. Easy train ride to Umeda (or you can walk if your up to it).  Service was excellent. Very efficient at check in and staff was always friendly and helpful.  Room size was standard for a Japan hotel (182ft2).  Bed was comfortable (queen size) and room was clean.  I would stay again when visiting Namba.

The hotel is very convenient to public transport and shopping mall. and it also provides excellent customer service.

The hotel is clean and convenient. With the aiport limousine bus directly stop at the lobby, you cannot complain for any thing. The Japanese breakfast does not have much choices. The western style breakfast is good.

Great location, nice staff. A bit larger than other hotel in Osaka

Excellent location, in the heart of Osaka, minutes of walk to shopping and the famous Glico sign. The room was very clean but small. For an upscale hotel, the amenities are not nearly as nice as most of similar price ranged hotels I have stayed with before.
