"Even though the rooms were labeled as non-smoking the was a smell of smoke in the room. I suppose this is coming over the AC to the rooms. We changed rooms three times until we considered it bearable. The breakfast was not held in the normal breakfast location but a huge meeting/ball room. As such, the atmosphere was not the greatest. The quality of the food was great though."

If you check in late, you can't choose your pillow, but you can choose the height and hardness. The location is good, but there is no convenience store nearby. The automatic check-out is easy and convenient. The elevator is narrow, so it can be cramped if there are many people in the elevator."

"The bath is a moor hot spring, and although the tub isn't very large, it left my skin feeling smooth and silky, which was great. I had the impression that there weren't many amenities. The breakfast didn't seem to be very filling. It was a bit difficult to find a parking space, and the next morning, when I left the hotel and headed to the parking lot, the road in front of the hotel entrance had poor drainage, so I couldn't avoid the rainwater and my shoes got soaked, which was quite a challenge."
