"2 day stay in this property. Nothing to complain about the superior room, nice furnishings, comfortable bed. The only but big flaw is the very noisy air conditioning system, in fact I would say unbearable! Outdoor spaces equipped with the bare minimum and therefore not fully livable, the structure is absolutely devoid of canopies, equipped gazebos or anything else to be able to shelter from the scorching sun or summer rain, and enjoy a bit of relaxation. The only umbrellas present are by the pool, which however I found very dirty with insects of various types even on the seabed... impossible for me to swim! No basket to throw away even just a piece of paper, non-existent... High prices for the rooms. The structure is defined as a Boutique Hotel, but to be defined as such it should offer services of luxury and refined atmospheres in the name of comfort and luxury but there is none of this. Let's rather define it for what it really is: a nice structure surrounded by nature where you can admire the Vendicari nature reserve. Stop. I forgot: breakfast was good and with a varied choice of sweet and savory options."

The manager James quickly appeared to smooth my arrival into a lovely small hotel in a perfect location with sumptuous furnishings and all the necessary appointments. For the internet savvy this is your Hotel in Noto, a lovely old town with plentiful sights and evening entertainments."

"It was a great vacation, but unfortunately I couldn't do everything. The best part was the sea right in front of me! The room wasn't the best, but it was very comfortable. The food was delicious. It was really nice that we already had chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Pera is approved! ⭐⭐⭐"

"Zahir Country House is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness by the staff, who made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thought out, making our stay truly special. The breakfast each morning had a variety of options to start the day right. We also had the chance to enjoy some of their cooking, and it was nothing short of amazing. The pool area was stunning. We especially loved the outdoor cinema; it was such a unique and fun experience to watch a movie under the stars. The entire property is beautifully maintained, with lush grounds that invite you to explore or simply unwind. Everything was well-kept, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. Zahir Country House is truly a wonderful place to relax. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The location is good, and the breakfast is quite good. Staying here in late December is not ideal. The room is cold, and the air conditioner doesn't heat it up. The water is barely hot, and even after running it for 10 minutes, it's still below body temperature, making it impossible to shower. Avoid staying in Noto during the winter, and it's best to travel to Syracuse and back the same day. Driving yourself is perfectly adequate."

"Gianni is a superhost, welcoming, talkative about history and culture, got high deals and secluded rooof top and restaurants. The room is charming, nice brand new architecture mixed with antic furnitures; really clean and cosy. The breakfast is according! Just at the end of Corso Vittorio Emmanuelle. We loved this place; many thanks Gianni!"

"5 night stay. Pros: location from Noto, quiet, hotel exteriors Cons: normal breakfast (never seen typical sweets and those that were there were certainly not from a pastry shop) with frozen croissants, packaged yogurt, fruit salad. But not as described on the site. Lunch and dinner with little choice, very high prices Dammuso room with unpleasant moldy smell, reported immediately to reception to be able to change it as I suffer from sinusitis. The reception staff, with unbelievable excuses, procrastinated or found excuses to avoid the change. Shower with yellowed and moldy plastic curtain. With every use the water ran all the way into the room with wet floor. The staff provided me with towels to dab it!!! And having to use a hairdryer every night the situation was quite dangerous. The shower was broken from day one. Non-existent wardrobe. A coat hanger 50 cm high from the floor (very useful for hanging summer clothes) Dark room due to the presence of only two small windows. But since it is a Dammuso room it must be justified, being a typical Sicilian structure. Upon arrival the toilet was still dirty, hair and fluff in the bathroom. When I reported the incident, they replied that they would check!!!! They made us pay for the stay in advance, even though we had no advance payment obligations. They justified themselves by saying that it is the procedure"
