"We were welcomed from start to finish at this beautifully restored hotel. The room was fantastic, the food was sublime (Manna, the restaurant that operates from Baglio Siciliamo) and the hospitality from everyone who worked there was just fabulous. Breakfast was a feast and set us up for the day!"

"We visited Villadorata for our anniversary dinner having spotted it on the Michelin guide. We arrived at 7:15 for our reservation and the setting was beautiful. We were guided through the restaurant and down to the lower level outdoor seating. We were made aware on arrival that they were experiencing electrical issues and therefore music couldn’t be played as usual - this was fine and to start, we didn’t see any issues arising with these technical issues. I must be clear that the food was amazing! Service very good to start, however did get noticeably slower throughout our time there. The reason for 4 stars is because we did not finish dinner until gone 11pm. Whilst I appreciate the Michelin experience and tasting menus aren’t to be rushed, 4 hours was far too long! This did spoil our experience and on speaking with the staff, their ‘excuse’ was that it’s a long walk down from the kitchen. Whilst I appreciate this and did witness the waitresses working hard, if the distance is too far, then maybe you should reconsider the location of the outdoor seating. As I say, the food was lovely, service was good but the dining time was far too long. A real shame with so much potential"

"The room, after a short climb from reception (best done by car), is rustic but fits the setting. The hotel exterior is very beautiful with magnificent views. The 'double' bed is two single beds pushed together, the shower is very noisy when opening the doors, and the sinks are quite dirty. The view from the room is wonderful. Breakfast is quite poor in terms of choice and quality. The restaurant is quite good, the service is ok, nothing exceptional. The nearest town or restaurant is a 15-minute drive away."

"I had a very disturbing experience with Rita, person who works at the place. She screamed like a crazy at my son(6yo) “shuuuuut uuuup”.Weather I accept that he should stay more quiet, I believe you must communicate through the parents first. And let them to deal with a baby."

"An absolutely splendid hotel beautifully designed to preserve some of the original features of the buildings and surrounding landscape. Thoroughly relaxing with well appointed air conditioned bedrooms. All the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive and went the second mile to ensure our stay was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We are extremely grateful to Dario for accompanying us to the local Doctors surgery to address a medical issue, likewise other staff members such as Ryan and Luisa who were excellent in every regard. A first rate team in a wonderful establishment."

"A wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel located in a palace in the lovely town of Noto. The room was exceptional, with a huge jacuzzi, every detail of high quality, and spectacular views of the cathedral. We enjoyed a generous breakfast of carefully selected products in the garden. We especially want to highlight the attentiveness of Maria, who speaks perfect Spanish. She recommended walks and even a great restaurant for our dinner. We will return and highly recommend it."

"We had a luxury large room with lovely terrace in this beautiful villa. The swimmingpool was great. Breakfast was fine, but not exceptionel. The B&B has view to Noto. Staff was kind. Drinks were served with extra snacks. The B&B was well located to visit the splendid cities Noto and Syracuse, and many others. Good pizzeria/restaurant is nearby across the street. We would recommend this lovely place, if there was not the terrible noise of the motorcross circuit nearby, as well on Sunday as Monday afternoon. Especially on Sunday it was not pleasant. "
