TTheTravellingEyeGreat little family run B&B. Super friendly people and the most amazing breakfast spread I have seen with so many home made things. The rooms were clean and comfortable too- would definitely stay here again!

PPeppe79It was a wonderful stay. The structure is beautiful, it seems to be inside a cinema set. Exceptional cleaning and dream breakfast. The location of the building is perfect: halfway between the city of Noto and the city of Noto. We will certainly return to stay in this fabulous place!!!

Great
YYuhoudezaochenThe large garden villa, usually booked is very cost-effective, the location is close to the station transfer station, travel is very convenient, 5 minutes walk from the central church, the room is very clean, breakfast is sometimes tasted in the nearby bar, a drink plus a bread, tastes good, occasionally try it is also very good. Garden breakfast is provided every Thursday, you can eat and drink enough, of course, there is still a distance from the hotel's regular breakfast, and you can sit in the garden and taste it. Due to self-service check-in, you need to communicate with the landlord as soon as possible after booking, how to check in, password, etc. The landlord is very nice and can stay at ease.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel, newly renovated, especially love the pool and the surroundings. Their beddings especially the pillows are sooo comfortable. Staff was really friendly. They have great breakfast too. We had lunch at a nearby restaurant owned by same owner, it was so good too. For dinner we drove to Noto and took us about 15 min. Everything is just beyond perfect!

TTommaso CerquegliniThe location is perfect, right in the city center on a street full of great restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering plenty of tips about the city. Rooms are spacious, well-kept, nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom amenities.

AAnonymous UserI like this hotel very much and feel like going home. The manager is a kind and humorous person, and introduced us to the room facilities and restaurants in detail. Fortunately, when we came, it was off-season, there were not many tourists, and it was very comfortable.
