Best: swimming pool area, comfortable bed and pillows, bright rooms same as on pictures, quite area (no noise). Cons: Very average breakfast - one dish + tiny plate of fruits + coffee + 50/50 mixed water & ice juice Average service - you gonna spend hours with dirty plates if you order food at the swimming pool area and no one will get them away Open bathroom - since there are only shared bungalows, you will hear every single thing happening in the neighbors bathroom. Rooms- poor sound isolation between rooms + you can hear guests from the second floor as well. Amenities - no beach bag, they only provide plastic bags… No bicycle rent from the hotel- all the bicycles they recommended were in very sad condition, no bell or broken so I had to spend time walking and asking outside and found available ones only 30 minutes away (near harbor). All in all, the stay was just normal, I do not regret staying here but wouldn’t come again. For 3+ mil/night surely not worth it.

Super peaceful and tranquil getaway in Gili Trawangan! I rated 5* for the location assuming you really want to get away from the crowd, otherwise it’s kinda far from the ferry terminal. Room was lovely, staff very friendly and breakfast was tasty and awesome, a wide spread to choose from if included in your stay. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for somewhere chill and quiet.

Apart from cleanliness and location, what needs to be badly upgraded is the service here. The communication between the staff is bad. There’s no proper passover when my room needs an attention. I have to repeat myself 3 times again and again. I believe there should be a proper way of handling certain matters. Staff at restaurant, they need a proper training I believe. Even when we speak in Bahasa or English, they seem clueless. I do not want to mention names here but they really need a proper guidelines and training. At both days during our breakfast, the order came completely wrong. We prayed twice and thrice but it does not made any difference. Good place but sadly the attitude of the staff pulled down experience stayed there.

The Kardia is a very nice hotel on the west side of Gili T., where it is quieter than on the harbor side or the party side. Here you have a perfect view of the sunset. The restaurant area is cozy and you can get a delicious cocktail at the pool bar. The shows are very entertaining. At the back of the hotel there is a second, very, very nice pool where you can relax perfectly. The room is large and nicely furnished. We liked the idea of ​​the bathroom outside, but the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the neighbors when they talk loudly. All in all a really great hotel that we would recommend.

The hotel is on the west side of T Island. It is a good place to go fishing at the door. It is about 15 minutes by bike from the lively eastern area. I stayed in T Island for 4 nights. There were singing performances every night in the hotel. It was almost the most lively area of ​​the entire West Coast restaurant at night. The shower head had very little water. I wanted to curse after washing. There were also many mosquitoes. The hygiene was pretty good.

Wonderful hotel!!! Beautiful sunsets, located far from the port, but worth it. Deserted, secluded! Attentive staff, very helpful! Breakfast a la carte, very tasty! I booked a room with access to the pool - it was incredible! I'll be back again! Great stay!
