"Location is great in the heart of Kelapa Gading. Very near to the MKG and also LRT. Many food choices around. This is a business hotel, so facilities are limited but enough for our stay. Service is great, we checked in with a big group and check in process are swift and seamless; and our request to be put into the same floor was arranged before check-in. Room cards are ready waiting for us."

"Check in was good.
Room AC were hot. 1 room had noisy AC, although the technician tried to fix it but didn’t make much difference.
I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room only had 2 large towels (no hand/face towels) so I asked for extra towels for the kids but housekeeping said there were charges for extra towels. Exchanging wet towels was the other option. It was a huge minus for me. Please note that families with KIDS wash hands dozens of times a day…
Breakfast menu was very standard in taste and variety.
Slide was scary in my opinion. Either the slide surface or too little water, even small kids had trouble sliding down
Thankfully they had face painting and balloon shaping on Sunday. That was the memorable part for the kids"

"Masya Allah, the cottage is complete, you can play bicycles, play basketball, playground, swimming pool is also very clean, the view is directly to the beach.
The drawback is that inside the cottage you can't play on the beach.. So if you want to go to the beach to play sand and waves you have to get out of Ancol mermaid first
Thank God, barakallahu too, because I once refunded a trip.com hotel room, gave a bonus coin worth almost 550 thousand, so I added 188 thousand to be able to stay at Ancol mermaid.

"Everything is okeeee.. it's just a pity that from the beginning, I didn't get the information that the booking through this application couldn't get Amethyst or toothbrush soap supplies etc. When I asked, I was explained and actually able to pay Amethyst 10.000 for 2 people if you listen to it. I just wanted to check out the next day, if I was in the information from the beginning I would have chosen 10.000 to the Amethyst."

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions and enjoy nearby dining options. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile.
The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was especially cozy, which made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the little touches, such as complimentary bottled water and toiletries. However, the room felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning took a while to cool the space effectively.
The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of local and international dishes. The dining staff were attentive, making sure everything was well-stocked. I just wish the coffee could have been better—it felt a little weak compared to what I expected.
The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained, but the pool area got quite crowded during peak hours. A larger pool or more seating would have been ideal.

But the bathroom has two disadvantages, no door or cover for the shower box and no toilet hose which are very inconvenient.

As travelers, not recommended due to the hotel location. Its not convenient and no much restaurant to be selected for meals.

DDee JayFor family with elderly and young children, location is not ideal but it's not that bad if it's just for adults. Even though it's a non-smoking room, when we checked in, the smoke smell is quite strong. Issue is with the guests before, not the hotel. Overall a good stay and will stay there again. The pool is fantastic.

GGeriGood place if you want to spend time in MOI. The rooms are clean although old. The main door of the room I had was somewhat not sound proof as too many vents around the sides so could hear thr sounds in the corridor.
But otherwise like the large shower are and with a flexible shower hear. O ly hotel I have seen with bolster, much appreciated that one

GGuest UserBad review! A deposit of 250 yuan was inexplicably deducted! I booked 2 rooms, and another colleague booked 2 rooms. When we checked in that night, we were required to pay a deposit of 250 yuan per room before we could check in. We couldn't see anyone, so we had to transfer the money via WeChat. Then, probably because they used WeChat accounts from overseas, they kept saying it was a scam, so we didn't dare to transfer the money. He wouldn't give us the key without the deposit, and it took 40 minutes to get us all into the room. After checking out, another colleague was fined 500 yuan for smoking on the balcony. That colleague only paid a deposit of 250 yuan, but the deposit was deducted from me. It was so inexplicably cruel. The 332 yuan room instantly became 582. I was so angry.
