"We stayed here over Christmas, and the hotel's public areas were beautifully decorated for the holidays – the festive atmosphere was just perfect! Everything from the overall environment, the room decor and layout, and the spaciousness, to the consistently attentive service, was absolutely flawless. The only minor drawback is that for a star-rated hotel, you have to go to the front desk every time to get toiletries. Moreover, the toiletries provided are quite basic, which is a stark contrast to the convenient experience offered by most hotels nowadays. While there was an environmental initiative years ago, this practice seems to have faded out, and it definitely lowers the guest experience. I hope the hotel can improve on this."

The hotel is near Yancang Mountain and a waterfall; it would be nice to spend some time hiking there. Tip: Getting a taxi back from the hotel can be difficult, so plan ahead."

"I have to give a huge shout-out to Ninghai Holiday Resort! This hotel just opened on April 30th this year, so the facilities are brand new, and the experience was fantastic. The entire hotel is designed with standalone villas, offering great privacy and really giving you that vacation vibe. The environment is simply gorgeous; the landscaping is meticulously done, and the back garden is beautiful – perfect for a stroll or taking photos. The room interiors were equally satisfying: spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. A special mention goes to Coco at the front desk and Alice from the F&B department. Their service was incredibly thoughtful and warm, making us feel completely comfortable from check-in to inquiries and every meal. They truly enhanced our stay. With the added bonus of the hot springs, this stay was truly perfect. New hotel, great environment, and excellent service – I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in Ninghai; you won't be disappointed!"

What I like most is that there is a clothes drying rack where you can hang your washed clothes after swimming in the evening."

"This is a newly opened hotel with an okay ambiance, but the service is unprofessional. The receptionist was nice when we arrived. It felt like we were the only ones staying in the entire hotel. When we checked out yesterday morning, there was no one at the front desk. They only left a phone number, ************. We called, but no one answered, so we had to leave. Half a day later, the same person called repeatedly, saying they didn't know the reservation number and hadn't registered it. I had to provide her with the reservation information again. I'm really worried it's a scam call and that I've leaked my personal information. It was a terrible experience. Don't open the hotel if you're not ready. You're scaring off customers."

"This was my first time in Ninghai. The hotels I wanted were all booked, so I booked a family room at the last minute. The owner's room type was also full. We communicated in advance to arrange the room. The hotel room was a bit old, but the disposable face towels were nice. The service was good. The hotel price was less than 100 yuan during the Qingming Festival holiday. I managed to book one night because I checked in late. Breakfast was egg porridge, so the price was reasonable. The surrounding street was lively with food stalls. There was no parking available, and the nearby parking lots were full, but there was an underground parking lot across the street, which was also good."
