The staff will contact you in advance before going to the island and choose the time to buy the ferry ticket to the island. The boss knows that we have a lot of luggage and came to pick it up.
The room is clean and hygienic, the beach and the sea are outside the window, and the facilities are complete. The key is that the boss and staff are really attentive. The vase is full of flowers. It really faces the sea and the spring flowers are blooming.
Dinner can be booked in the evening, the small seafood is very fresh and tastes great. And the price is definitely a conscience price, there is no premium because it is eaten on the island.
The island is not big, but I really recommend everyone to stay on the island for one night, without rushing to catch the boat, you can enjoy a rare cleanliness and freedom. In the morning, watch the sunrise along the seaside plank road, fish in the morning, drink tea on the terrace in the afternoon, pick up seaweed in the evening, and swing on the favorite chopping board at the age of 20 or 30. It feels absolutely different from spending two hours on the island.
The boss also has a puppy named Huanhuan, very cute. But I was injured the day before. I hope everyone can enjoy the food and beauty of Hengshan Island, and can love animals and protect the environment.

A weekend escape with my bestie. We took the high-speed rail from Hangzhou and arrived at Ninghai Station in an hour and a half. It took 20 minutes by taxi to Anlan. The butler Hedy was warm and thoughtful. She started to coordinate with the hotel in the morning and upgraded the room type. From check-in to check-out, she was considerate and responsive. The hotel is private and comfortable. It rained on the first day, so I stayed in the warm room to watch the rain, listen to music, and look at the bamboo forest and mountains in the distance. The weather was great on the second day, so I drank tea and blew the wind on the balcony. It was very comfortable. Dinner was at the hotel's all-day restaurant. The set meal was fresh and rich. After dinner, I played billiards and table tennis in Tingtao Pavilion for a while. It is said that the hot water in the room is Ninghai Hot Spring. I soaked for 20 minutes and slept well all night. After breakfast, I went to the horse farm and the swimming pool to play for a while and take pictures. It was quite photogenic. The service in the entire hotel was very good, whether it was the International Women's Day small moose cake for breakfast, or the egg tarts specially baked by the kitchen, or the shuttle driver (Ying Limin) who got off the car to help us open the plastic curtain, it was all a pleasant surprise. I hope I will have the opportunity to go there again next time ~ After recharging my batteries, I will go back to Hangzhou and work hard as a cow and horse!

I really like Qiantong Ancient Town
Our B&B is also very nice and tastefully designed.
It’s perfect for a daze. All the rooms are designed to be suitable for families and children. I like the windows of the restaurant and the small outdoor terrace the most~

To be honest, it's quite nice to soak in the hot springs. The house is not big and has unlimited water refills. The warmth is good. The toiletries are very soft. However, the sound insulation is too poor. I can hear the people next to me talking clearly, which affects the experience. The air conditioner also makes extra creaking noises at night, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. To be honest, the rest is OK. After all, Anlan next door costs twice as much...
As for the service, I can't say it's bad, but I don't think it's particularly good. If you say that the homestay is warm, the housekeeper did chat with us at night and made milk tea for us to drink. You can feel the good service. The chef also kept asking about our taste and introducing the dishes. But the other service staff are more family-like and stiff... It's a bit like it doesn't reach the standard service of a five-star hotel, and it doesn't have the warm and free feeling of a homestay. It's a very strange feeling.

The scenery is really nice, and the private hot spring is more friendly to the elderly and children. This time I booked 2 rooms with the elderly. I hope the room description is more detailed. We didn't know that there are 2 rooms in the Dream series until we arrived. I would have booked Dream earlier. I want to try the Dream series next time~

Before arriving, I felt that the location was a bit remote and I was worried. When we were soaking in the hot springs, there was a special person to pick us up. Fortunately, there was a driver, otherwise we would get wet.
