The room was large, with two suites, a shared bathroom, and a tatami area in the living room for tea or sleeping. You can soak in the hot spring on your room's terrace, in the public outdoor pool, or in the indoor pool (you need to shower and not wear clothes before soaking). The hot spring center is open to the public and has indoor facilities for children, such as a ball pit, Lego, slides, and crafts. There are also areas for adults to play games, enjoy a sauna, and have tea. The rest area also offers fruit and ice cream. A wide variety of drinks (unlimited). Although the hotel wasn't crowded, we guests received one-on-one butler service. Our butlers were Shuangming and Anna. In the morning, the butlers delivered drinks and fruit to our room. We could also choose our own food. In the evening, there was a bedtime dessert soup.
