第一次入住這家酒店，體驗不錯，不論是旅遊還是出差，這家店真的是不錯的選擇。這次體驗真的超棒。酒店位置真的方便，地鐵4號線金山路站出來就能看到酒店。前台工作人員都會給你附近景點的推薦，都很為客人考慮。服務真的超讚！發票，停車等前台服務人員都會提前詢問去安排。客房裡麪還有寧波書籍可供閲讀，大堂還有一個城市驪書房（主打寧波在地文化主題書店） 閑暇時間回來閲讀非常不錯！前台服務人員都是盡力提供最好的幫助，服務，房間也乾淨整潔，阿姨也都熱情服務，有求必應。早餐有寧波特色，每天都是不一樣的種類，很好吃。尤其早餐做寧海麥餅筒的服務員熱心，認真，耐心為顧客服務，使我們很滿意，大堂的三關六碼頭的伴手禮也不錯（最具寧波特色小吃）。整體體驗超棒，值得推薦。唯一不足之處是5月2號晚上自助餐人滿為患，食物供應不足，服務欠缺，管理不到位，體驗感很差。

住這裡是因為要看李克勤的演唱會，酒店距離演唱會地點寧波奧體中心一站地鐵路，方便抵達，回程也不擁擠；酒店的服務很好，為看演唱會的客人準備了指南和温馨提示；房間寬敞，床很舒適；早點比較豐富；餐廳點的炒年糕超好吃，點贊！
