第一次入住園林式酒店，實在太美啦！白牆黛瓦勾勒出江南的輪廓，曲徑通幽間藏着小橋流水，移步換景皆是古韻。
隨叫隨到的接駁車穿梭其間，一個電話或微信便能輕鬆抵達，特別是幫我們辦理入住的前台Leah，服務態度非常好，也很貼心哦，真的要大大點贊👍
酒店還精心安排手工製作，讓小朋友親子體驗手工帶來的樂趣，還有室內泳池，小童遊樂區。滿分💯

酒店非常滿意，超出預期！從抵達酒店到前台辦理入住，服務人員都非常熱情，耐心解答各種問題，專業且細緻，辦理完後提供接駁車送到房間，一路上欣賞酒店的風景，園林式的酒店，都是由別墅組成，非常有特色。房間乾淨整潔，還送了水果，床品很舒服，晚上休息得很好。第二天早上去西餐廳用早餐，服務好，菜品豐盛，味道很不錯。最後，特別感謝禮賓部黃經理，開接駁車幫忙拿行李到房間，還介紹了房間的設施設備以及帶我們整個酒店轉了一圈，全程講解介紹，非常nice，服務周到。入住期間全程跟進我們的服務需求，實在是太讚了，等國慶節必須再帶家人來一趟！

超預期的感受體驗，整個酒店團隊非常專業，國內的服務水平已經高於國外太多，保持這個水平就好。酒點房間很舒服，設施很新，酒店自帶草坪和風景很好，出入交通便利。比起山上盤山路酒店，這個出行太方便了。感謝前台melody小姐姐和酒店接駁車小哥哥們，所有人那麼親切。謝謝房間阿姨在退房日還要幫我們理房間。溪口很美，奉化很美，下次再來！
