環境設施不錯，院內的湖裡還有黑天鵝。管家小英，清潔房間的田阿姨服務都非常好，恰逢小孩生日還送了生日蛋糕。

帶着父母和孩子入住星空閣樓套房，整體還是很滿意的，管家小英服務一流，從入住前到退房給我們安排的都非常好，給孩子贈送了早餐，温泉，還有晚上的甜品，一定要給一個大大的贊👍🏻👍🏻其他工作人員也是非常熱情，服務很好，户外我們沒帶傘，有工作人員幫我們撐傘，父母不認識回房間的路，工作人員熱情帶路，幫長者送回房間。房間是複式兩層樓，有秋千孩子超喜歡，整體環境衞生滿意。提個小建議，一樓是沙發床，沒有正常的床舒服，希望可以有幾個房型是上下樓都是正常床，這樣一家四五口出行會比較方便，也可以更好休息。

暑假末期帶着孩子過來東錢湖，選擇了東錢湖華僑豪生，房間帶有私湯，入住後想什麼時候體驗都可以，不用去公共温泉和別人共用。酒店還有貼身管家，我的管家是樓管家，有什麼事和她説就可以了很省心。以後有機會還去。
