The room we stayed in was not an eSports room, and overall it was an unpleasant stay. First of all, on the first night, I found that there were patinated towels left by the previous guest, which was not hygienic. There were blood stains on the sheets. The oil stains I accidentally got on later cost me a 20 deposit. I hope everyone will be more careful when staying here. Secondly, the hot water boils very slowly. You have to stand there for a few minutes before you can get hot water. After staying in so many hotels, this is the first time I have encountered such poor bathing facilities. This is a hotel newly renovated in the past two years. The soundproofing is very poor again. I could clearly hear people scolding my mother in the gaming room next door at night. I didn't sleep well all night. I informed the front desk at 2 o'clock that the noise next door was too noisy. Although they actively dealt with it, it was still very noisy. I can only say that I wanted to have a good rest. Don't come and stay. In the end, the service attitude is worthy of praise and the response was timely. However, the facilities cannot keep up and the service cannot make up for it. I hope the hotel can make improvements and get better and better.

There are a lot of paid snacks and drinks in the hotel. I brought my own water, and I was deducted 6 yuan. I had to go to customer service to get a refund. The experience was very poor.

The soundproofing is really bad, unless you stay up all night to torture others😩. It also made me laugh when I checked out. After one o'clock, I knocked on the door to remind me to check out, and then I got up and checked out. When I went to the front desk, I was told that I was overtime for 2 hours. I asked if you had just reminded me to check out. He said that I had been reminded on WeChat and I opened the door. E-sports room, how do you send a message on WeChat to remind you to check out? Can you see the WeChat messages you send after staying up late and sleeping? It's really off the mark.

寧波我最滿意最喜歡的一家電競酒店，位置特別特別的方便，我一下班就能來打遊戲，也是非常放鬆的，週末也經常來這裏，房間乾淨，服務人員態度也特別好，凌晨我有事情找服務員也都是有求必應的，裝修很有設計感，蠻好的，下次還會選擇入住，也會推薦給朋友一起來開黑，特別方便，大吵大鬧也不用擔心被別人聽到隔音也特別好，入住了兩天沒有聽到一點噪音！配置超高，下次還會選擇來太喜歡這家酒店了！
