The staff (Noreen, Isa, Diame, Claudia, David and Charles) at Hotel Riviera Collection are very friendly and helpful. They take the time to provide extremely helpful travel tips in addition to their excellent service. Highly recommended.

It’s near to Nice train station and also tram station, right in between both station. Althought the room is not spacious, but overall it was clean and nice!

The hotel is very well located for tourists. Shops, train station and promenade are 10-15 minutes away. Restaurants and park are also within the same distance. There is a supermarket nearby. But we did not understand why it is called ****. The rooms are tiny, much smaller than the stated 17m. Very cramped. There is a coffee maker and a kettle, but capsules and tea are not brought! This is the first time this has happened, however, maybe the maids are saving money? We left a tip, but they did not even dry the towels, and left them jammed in the shower door. We were shocked! We did not leave any more, only on the day of departure, because they left bags of papers. But the bedding is magnificent!! Like in a five-star hotel. Maybe they added a star for the wonderful mattress, pillows and blanket. The administrators are friendly. In general, if you are not afraid of cramped conditions, I recommend the hotel.

The service attitude was very good. I arrived at the hotel very late. They opened the door for me and checked me in in a timely manner. The room was very quiet, but I didn't find a hair dryer. Used for graduation trip Mr. Joris, who works at the reception at night, is the most friendly and kind person. We talked almost every night, and he recommended many restaurants and gave us directions. The rooms were more clean than the price, and each room had a small terrace, which was great for having a leisurely breakfast. The shower room was also very nice and clean. Although the elevator has an old-fashioned design, the system itself is new, so it looks cool and gives you peace of mind. This is the first time I've visited a hotel that I can praise so highly. Stayed for 3 nights with my girlfriend. The receptionist Joris was such a nice guy, he told us so much about Nice and what are the good restaurants and boulangeries, and just a great person. We talked every night about France and Japan and it was a pleasure! The rooms were beautiful and clean, more than we could ask for. All the rooms have balconies you can enjoy and the shower room was clean, white and pleasant. Have never been to a hotel I could recommend more than this one.
