Excellent value for money Nice city views from top 7th floor

Great hotel for our short stay. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options. Bacon, egg (fried,scrambled or boiled) beans, toast and brown sauce was my choice. But there was a good choice of pastries and breads, yogurts and cream cheeses, meats etc etc. The location was ideal on the main street, a short walk from the bus station where lots of the tours depart from.

Great location. A few minutes from supermarket, bus stop and food. Very easy to get around.

Great location and wonderful breakfast.  Easy to arrive from the airport by buses.

Location is good as walking distance. Tourist attraction just by 5-10min. Bus stop to airport is just outside the corner. Breakfast is good too

Front desk service is good and responsive. Location of hotel is very good as it is near to the AirPort Express bus stop and it’s within 5 minutes walk to the tourist information which is the main meeting point for most of the tours. Room assigned has a good view of the mountains too!

Me & two of my friends were delight on the Scandic Grand Hotel 3 nights stayed! Hotel breakfast spread was extremely good, we serious enjoyed our breakfast before our trip started daily. Hotel location was assessable while we travel around the city too. Great experience i would said, however hotel should improve on the room make up, we was missed up first 2days…

The location is good .you can go anywhere in the city by walk.near eurospa supermarket near the ecpress bus stop to the sirport .gym open 24 hrs outdide the hotel #skygym .everytjong is perfect.the con is no cofee free in the receptio n area.

Thanks to the staffs who help me to call to airport customer service regarding my delayed luggage. Luckily I got my luggage a night before my departure

We were amazed by the breakfast of the hotel, which is the best I’ve tried in Europe. And the gym is big and many gym facilities you can use, but it’s few streets away from the hotel. Beside the room is clean and spacious. We love the hotel, and sure will stay again when we visit Tromso again!

Nice service, nice facilities, good food. Only problem was noise from other people (really bad).

Expensive hotel during winter months with basic service. No hot water &coffee on the room , no electricity beside bed , old but clean bathrooms. Breakfast is top

The hotel hygiene is very poor, stayed for 3 days did not engage in cleaning and hygiene, no one cleaned, my friend slept on the sheets are very unclean, so that the body long a lot of red spots, we avoid lightning this hotel, hygiene is very poor
