Great location near the port. Staff were amazing. We arrived before check in time so very lucky to check in early! Room was a bit small but just for one night it was ok

Location is great, in the middle of the old port quarter and next to a busy street with restaurants—very trendy. Rooms are minimal; we got an upgrade but out of necessity since the baby cot didn’t fit into the room otherwise (yes indeed, that small). We could barely fit our stroller in the hallway. During the second night the air conditioning started to leak above our stroller, and when we woke up it was completely drained. I wouldn’t go back. This hotel fits visitors that are catching the boat to Corsica and want to spend the night in the vicinity and still want to enjoy Nice.

Really great place with excellent location. Breakfast lovely too. If I have to say anything negative..the room is small.

The day shift staff speaks English and they are friendly. The hotel view is nice. The shower cap water pressure can be stronger. It is a short 10 mins walk to Port Limypia tram station. There is a carrefour supermarket across the street. It is next to IBIS Hotel. There are cafes nearby. Good for dinner or drinks with friends.

The hotel was in a really good location which was a short walk from Port Lympia and Nice Riquier station if you want to get to Monaco. The old town was also close by. Service at the hotel was really good, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size even though the bathroom was quite small. Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection.

Very good place to spend a few days in Nice, small choice for breakfast, clean, a bit noisy at night but it didn't bother us, close to restaurants 10 minutes from the promenade, we liked it very much

The hotel's location was fantastic—close to Old Nice and just a five-minute walk from the airport tram, bus stop, and city tram. The breakfast was decent but had limited options. The room was spacious and equipped with all basic amenities. Overall, the highlight of the stay was definitely the location.

Location is good. Has private parking (20 euros)/night. Room and bathroom is tiny… breakfast is simple. However close to old district and considering the location, overall is good.

Very nice location, close to tram and 15min by walk to the beach. So many close restaurants nearby. Breakfast is the same everyday, yes, but its satisfying and delicious. I would recommend this place for those without kids, room is not very spacious.
