Very good location for a low budget hotel. Beds are very old to the point that mattresses are sinking. Some rooms have strong smoke smell and others in the bottom floors are very dated. I enjoyed very much the small pool since it was low season and I was able to use it with no crowd. Nice water temperature. Don’t expect any Falls view, it’s only a name attached to the area, you have to walk or use a very convenient bus that stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you to the falls view area very conveniently and cheap, great for elders and people with mobility challenges Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and stay

Undisclosed fee for parking ($22) and a "building amenities fee" of a few dollars as well (explained to me as a fee "for using the building" ..???) = unethical business practices as far as I'm concerned. Building is poorly maintained, with torn, rippled carpeting, inoperable front doors, and an out-of-service elevator. No breakfast, just a high-priced neighboring IHOP. There's lots of better value, with more scruples, elsewhere in Niagara Falls. Skip this ripoff spot.

Overall, it is a great budget place to stay. Close to main attractions. The room, while outdated, was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Clean towels.

It is a pretty good place as it is quite near to the Falls. The room was clean and nice as well.

Great quality for the price, good option in Niagara; 20$ for outside parking

Hotel service is lacking professionalism. Concierges have no idea what our booking was and were giving wrong information back and forth. Manager was condescending, interested more in justifying their staff than addressing our concerns. Suggested even to take it out with the trip.com cause apparently the hotel does not control the booking details there! Bottom line.. even if your registration says you have booked a room with a city view nothing is guaranteed. There are ONLY A FEW rooms with city view available but ALL the rooms are presented as having city view (supposedly to clarify they don't have falls view in Niagara)! Enjoy the city view from our room (attached), we know we didn't

The hotel was good. The bed had a stain on the lower bed skirt and there was an additional charge for the fridge that I wasn’t aware of but the team was very accommodating. Definitely would stay again. Location is great because it’s right in the middle of everything
