Niagara Falls Marriott on The Falls ★★★★
"The heating is very loud and annoying; we couldn't sleep all night, and the room temperature is uneven."
Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Niagara Falls ★★★
"Very good"
Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview ★★★★
"The accommodation is great, and the view is wonderful. I paid extra on-site to upgrade to a higher floor, and it was definitely worth it. I wish there was an option to choose the floor beforehand."
The Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls ★★★
"At check in the recioption they told us there a fee for deppsit..which was not mentioned during booking.. so she deducted 3 times we were upset and ungry.. she said it was declined the first time not working !!!.. but it was deducted 3 times.. taking long time wasting time to check in.. i dont know shes new staff doesnot know or just stealing our money!!! .. also for parking she said not free you have to pay for it 50 dollars.!!!! While booking stating free parking..!!! For the room nothing in the room even no water to drink..also lights was not working but they fixed it.. For the price it was too mich for one night without breakfast !!"
Home Pearl B&B ★★★
"pretty great big candle!"
NIAGARA FALLSVIEW HOTEL by IHG ★★★
"The hotel is a bit far from the waterfalls. If you want to get there quickly, you'll need to take a shuttle up and down the hill, which costs 4 Canadian dollars one way. The location isn't ideal. I had hoped the facilities and service would compensate, but unfortunately, the hardware is old and the service is practically non-existent. And then there's the parking fee – 45 Canadian dollars for a single day, which is practically robbery!"
Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa ★★★★
"This was our first road trip as a family, and we all had a blast! 😁 We even found some geocaches, which added an extra layer of fun to our adventure. Today, my daughter and granddaughter are heading back to Los Angeles, but before they left, they wanted to go down to Niagara Falls one last time. It's hard to say goodbye! 🤭"
Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Fallsview ★★★
"Kept getting bit while sleeping by something that left small itchy macular popular erythematous welts on my legs. It didn’t have the breakfast lunch and dinner pattern and was more sporadic but constant throughout the night"
Travelodge by Wyndham Niagara Falls Fallsview ★★★
"The bedding and bathroom were clean. The waterfall is close by, so the view is great. You can brew coffee in your room. There's also a communal ice machine, so you can have all the ice you want. However, bottled water has to be purchased from a vending machine for $3 cash. So, I used the coffee machine to get hot water, melted some ice, and drank that instead."

Old Stone Inn Boutique Hotel
"The location is good very close to Niagara Falls"
Kings Inn Near the Falls
"This place is not very good. I borrowed a coffee pot from the front desk to boil water, but I was given the worst hygiene items, and I checked in early and left, but the deposit was not returned."
Sheraton Fallsview Hotel
"We stayed here for three days and had a wonderful experience. Everything was so well prepared that we barely needed to leave the hotel. We loved the spa, indoor pool, wine bar, and ice cream bar. The wine bar was excellent and highly recommended. The location is amazing, Clifton Hill is surprisingly close, and the casino and indoor playground are just steps away. Breakfast and dinner were also great. We celebrated our anniversary here, and it became a trip we will never forget."
Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel
"The hotel is very clean"
DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton - Niagara Falls
"I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and to formally lodge a severe complaint regarding the unacceptable conditions of my stay at your property from 2 july to 3 july. My experience was nothing short of disastrous, characterized by an uninhabitable room environment, a blatant lack of accountability from your staff, and an absolute refusal by management to rectify the situation. During my stay, the climate control in my room was entirely inoperable. I approached the reception multiple times in a desperate attempt to resolve the issue: First Instance: The technician dispatched to my room explicitly admitted that the entire system was fundamentally broken due to a severe heating malfunction. Second Instance: The "solution" provided by your staff was a completely ineffective portable fan. This gesture did absolutely nothing to alleviate the stifling, oppressive heat. The room remained a sweltering, suffocating box, utterly depriving me of sleep for the entire night. Third Instance: Exhausted and distressed, I went down to the reception a third time. Rather than moving me to a functional room, the overnight staff completely deflected responsibility, telling me there was nothing more they could do and instructing me to speak directly with management in the morning. The situation deteriorated further the next morning. When I approached the manager to demand a resolution for this intolerable ordeal, I was met with total dismissal. The manager callously deflected all accountability, claiming that because my booking was made through a third party, he "cannot help with anything" and "cannot do anything" to fix their own property's failure. Instead of taking ownership of a severe breach of hospitality standards, the manager simply handed me this email address to deal with the problem myself. Let me be entirely clear: a third-party booking does not excuse a hotel from providing basic, habitable living conditions. I did not pay to spend a sleepless night suffocating in a health hazard, nor did I pay to be brushed off by your on-site management. Because your property failed to provide a liveable room and your management failed to handle the crisis, I demand a full, immediate refund for this stay. If this matter is not addressed promptly and with the gravity it deserves, I will escalate this complaint to your corporate office, notify the booking platform of your refusal to cooperate, and publicly expose this experience online. I expect a swift response confirming that my refund is being processed. Sincerely, Rahul Tomer 416-834-4888"
Sterling Inn & Spa
"The service was great. Breakfast served in the room was very good, and it offers additional options (surcharge), but it would be too much food. The shower features a steam/sauna, which we enjoyed a lot. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that nearby rooms can be a bit noisy due to poor sound isolation."
Americana Waterpark Resort & Spa
"My family loved every moment at the resort. They are already planning to go back sometime soon. Keep up the good work, Americana."
Super 8 by Wyndham Niagara Falls North
"Location is good service at front desk is very good asked for late check out and they were amazing about it . The rooms could use some update and could use better blankets on bed , overall the stay was nice got what I paid for"
Falls Lodge by the Falls (Formerly Knights Inn)
"I checked in on a hot day with a temperature of 35 degrees. The air conditioning in the room was adequate, the mattress was moderately soft and hard, and parking was charged an extra $15. There were no facilities, but the price was good for a simple one-night stay."
Vittoria Hotel & Suites
"Very large, clean, and renovated room. Close to the attractions on Clifford Hill and a 15-minute walk from the falls. The main parking lot was full when we arrived, so we had to park outside. The hotel has a spa and a swimming pool."
Days Inn by Wyndham Niagara Falls Near the Falls
"The hotel is in a good location, with a commercial street outside and not far from the falls. The sanitation is OK. The breakfast is a bit monotonous, just make do with it. The parking lot is also large enough. It is a tour group hotel. A German tour group stayed there during the period. Question 1, Ctrip shows that the parking fee is 12 Canadian dollars per night. As a result, the hotel said that tax would be added, and it was charged 28.75 Canadian dollars for 2 nights. Is the tax so high? Question 2, the hotel charged an extra 1 Canadian cent (not 1 Canadian dollar). The reason is to balance their bill. What is this routine? 🤔"
Days Inn by Wyndham Fallsview
"It was a great stay for solo travelers that just need stay for a night. ☺️"
Holiday Inn NIAGARA FALLS - BY THE FALLS by IHG
"Good stay!"
Fairfield Niagara Falls, Canada

Fairway Inn by the Falls
"Very good, the room is clean and tidy. The price is cheap, I stay here for the second time"
