His answer was that the thermostat should be raised from 19 to 21 and then the shield will cool down more. Seriously? The bathroom is very small and cramped. There is nowhere to put personal belongings. The glass wall of the shower is tiny, and a lot of water splashes onto the floor. At the end of the shower you have to use a towel to dry the floor, so it cannot be used again. The elevator has only one call button, and not an up or down arrow as is customary, so when you press the call button, Anyone who wants to go up stops at your floor. "Das Hotel wirbt als IBIS Potsdamerplatz, hat aber rein gar nichts damit zu tun. Ca. 1200m entfernt, also näher am Checkpoint Charlie als am Potsdamer Platz. Ärgerlich war das, weil ich eine schwere Unfallverletzung habe und mich echt quälen musste, die 1200m mit Gepäck zu laufen.. Dafür können die Mitarbeiter im Hotel nichts. Sie waren allesamt freundlich und bemüht. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind schlicht. Ist eben ein ”Budget” Hotel. Dafür war aber alles i.O. Das Frühstück ist preiswert und lecker, allerdings nicht besonders umfangreich. Für den Preis angemessen. Vom Hotel kommt man mit der S-Bahn gut weg und überall hin. Berlin eben."
