New Hotels in Tonglu

"This hotel is located in Tonglu's old town and reopened this year. Upon arrival, staff guided me through check-in, escorted me to my room, and provided an overview of the hotel and its facilities. They proactively addressed potential issues, which was a nice touch. 👍🏻 The hotel thoughtfully provided a lovely selection of fruits, snacks, and drinks. Breakfast, served on the 4th floor, offered a wide variety of choices and even had river-view seating. Enjoying breakfast while watching boats on the Fuchun River was a wonderful way to start the day! Since the reopening was a bit rushed, there are still some minor details that could be improved. After check-out, staff assisted with luggage and inquired about my stay, asking for any areas for improvement. I provided feedback on these details, hoping they maintain their excellent qualities and continue to enhance their service. PS: I forgot to take photos, only captured one breakfast shot: wonton and wo tofu. Wo tofu is said to be a Tonglu specialty, and I really enjoyed it – very much to a Zhejiang person's taste. I also had the hotel's buffet dinner. Guests staying at the hotel receive a discount. The chef personally carved roasted meats and chatted while doing so, which was very nice."

"The hotel's location and environment are excellent, a natural oxygen bar. The service from [Housekeeper Xiao Ye] was also very thoughtful. We received a large and varied fruit platter as a welcome gift and a thoughtful farewell gift. They even gave us bar drink vouchers. (I suggest the hotel switch the farewell gift to a children's toy given at check-in. The mountain-view rooms are a bit plain, and kids might get bored in the evening. Perhaps they could take a cue from Macau hotels and offer small coloring books and crayons). airport shuttle bus was very responsive; a car was usually waiting shortly after I called. The hotel breakfast was unique and delicious. The industrial-style hot spring was very distinctive, and the kids loved it (remember to bring swimsuits!). The lounge had a wide variety of drinks, but the snacks were limited (only grilled sausages, and one per person). After the hot springs, you tend to get hungry, so I suggest offering more food options, even just small cookies, cakes, or popcorn. Since the hotel is far from town, food delivery is either unavailable or takes over 1.5 hours, and room service isn't an option. More snacks in the hot spring area and mini-bar would be greatly appreciated."

"The new opening of the homestay caught up with hahaha ～ New Year's Day booked a single house, and had a great time with 8 friends! 5 rooms are completely enough to sleep, each room bed is quite big, the room is very clean and bright! Washing is a disposable towel and bath towel provided, praise! The entertainment facilities of the homestay are particularly complete, with mahjong room, billiard table, barbecue area, (I heard that KTV will be added later) ～ The yard is large and beautiful! I booked the barbecue in advance. The boss provided barbecue supplies and seasonings. I needed to bring ingredients. It was very convenient! The boss is very enthusiastic, we can meet any needs! The B&B Centrifugal Paradise is very close, just 5 minutes walk! The car parked in the B&B, saving a parking fee! Next time I come out with a friend, I will book it! Push!"

"We live in a room with a slide. The children especially like it. After moving in, I casually mentioned that the pool water is clean? I didn't expect the boss to directly say that the water is changed! I originally wanted to change the water simply, but I didn't expect the boss to clean the pool directly! Awesome 👍 The room was very clean, the towels were washed by themselves, from the bathroom of the room to the public space, the details can be seen very carefully! Overall clean! I didn't eat and saw that the boss was cleaning! Absolutely clean! Breakfast is a standard farmhouse meal, white porridge, corn, sweet potatoes, yogurt! The boss is also very caring when the public area is rested at night, it is fruit and coffee! There is no strangeness in staying, which is very gratifying! On the way back, the child has already made an appointment to stay in this store next time, which slide room is needed! The room photo thought it was taken, but... Make up next time! This store is worth living!"

"The room I booked was the largest in the entire B&B, while the rooms my other friends booked were quite small. I personally felt the layout of the room I booked wasn't ideal. The bathroom and shower were combined, with a glass door, making it particularly inconvenient for families. While the child was showering, the other adult couldn't use the restroom. The shower was also partially partitioned, lacking a shower mat or towel. The toilet was right next to it, leaving water everywhere I went. Regarding cleanliness, on my first day, I found a toothpaste cap left by the previous guest in the sink, and slippers from the previous guest under the bed. The next day, I went out to play, and while it was clear that they had collected the trash, they had run out of shower gel and hadn't replenished it promptly. Furthermore, the tables in the first-floor restaurant had been wiped five times, leaving them covered in thick grease stains. There were also vegetable stains on the floor. If they were left by other guests the night before, shouldn't they have cleaned them up that morning? As a result, there were small cockroaches running around on the tabletop, which is quite attractive in the summer. The overall exterior decoration is the most beautiful among the B&Bs in the area. It's very convenient for traveling, dining, and even going to the theme park, which is only a 5-minute walk away!"

"Hygiene: Very clean. For a hotel stay, cleanliness is paramount, and they did an excellent job. Plus, all bath and hand towels were disposable, which prevents cross-contamination. Service: The owner is very welcoming, a young and lovely lady. We got our pants soaked while rafting and asked her for help. She even washed and dried them for us and brought them back to our room. In the evening, I watched the clouds and clouds on the terrace with the mountain wind. The green mountains and villages in the distance were beautiful like a painting. "Family travel choice is too worry-free! Yijianglou parent-child suite is spacious, with a super-large bed and two 1.2m single beds. A family of four is not crowded at all. The room was cleaned thoroughly, the corners were dust-free, the lighting and ventilation were good, and some room types had a terrace, which could faintly see the mountain view. The package is super extra points, you can eat authentic specialties for dinner, the ingredients are fresh and delicious, the front desk will also recommend the surrounding parent-child play route, the whole experience is super comfortable, it is highly recommended to families with children!"
