We chose a room for 4 people, but only got 2 bottles of water and 2 large and 2 small towels. When we went to ask for more, they said that the room we booked was for 2 people. But when checking in, they didn’t inform us or tell us anything more. We looked at the details before booking. The details clearly stated a room for 4 people, choosing 4 breakfasts for 4 adults, not specifying children. We traveled with 4 adults. Other places have booked both 2-person and 4-person rooms, which are normal, giving water and towels according to the number of people. I didn’t see it like this at all. I admit that the facilities are quite good, but overall it’s not okay. The bathroom does have separate wet and dry zones, but the shower room is very small and there’s no place to hang clothes. P.S. "This guesthouse is conveniently located near Xueyun Street, and right next to the popular Rainbow Bridge and Xuexiang Ski Resort – a true gem for any Xuexiang visitor! The room was clean and tidy, decorated with a distinctly Northeastern folk style. The owner, a warm and welcoming Northeasterner, even provided complimentary breakfast. He was incredibly accommodating no matter how late I returned. The room size was just right; don't worry about room size in Xuexiang – most rooms are similar, as long as the price is right and the owner is friendly. Everything else was great. Although there was a notice about no air conditioning, it wasn't cold at all. The price was relatively cheap for Xuexiang, where prices are outrageously high during peak season. Luckily, I visited during the off-season and even caught snow at the scenic area – I was incredibly fortunate this year, making for a fantastic experience!"

"The luckiest thing about visiting Xuexiang was choosing this B&B, Tonglinxue B&B. The saying goes, ”If we can share the snow someday, we'll grow old together in this life.” From check-in to check-out, I was overflowing with happiness! The underfloor heating made the whole place so warm that I could take off my coat as soon as I entered. Opening the window revealed a breathtaking view of pristine white snow and adorable snow mushrooms. Waking up to the snowy scenery in the morning and falling asleep to the glow of the snow at night was a truly magical and healing experience! The owners' family truly embodied warmth and hospitality. Upon arrival, they proactively helped with our luggage and patiently planned our itinerary, recommending lesser-known spots for photos. Since we were traveling independently, they even helped us book transportation and reminded us of precautions against slipping—more considerate than friends! The biggest surprise was the B&B's home-style cooking, which completely exceeded my expectations! The sweet and sour pork was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the chicken stew with mushrooms was incredibly delicious, and the sauerkraut and pork hot pot was so flavorful and appetizing. Every dish was generously portioned, offering amazing value for money. Our group even sang about how we couldn't finish two large bowls of rice! The owner even provided us with floral cotton-padded jackets for photos and lent us their snow sleds to play on – so thoughtful! Whether it's hygiene, warmth, scenery, service, or food, there's not a single flaw. I've already recommended it to friends going to Xuexiang, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"We stayed at this hotel while traveling with our child. The lovely young owner was very welcoming. She contacted us as soon as we placed the order, explaining how to plan our trip, how to arrange our activities, and how to choose transportation. She also reminded us that there wasn't much snow yet, so we wouldn't be able to see the snow scenery or many other attractions. She suggested we come back later, but since we finally had time to take our child out, we decided to come anyway. The room rate was reasonable, there was snow, and the child had a great time.
