First time in Snow Town as a southerner, and this hotel completely won me over! ❄️ Seriously, this Snow Town hotel is ridiculously close to the ski resort. I could sleep in an extra ten minutes in the morning ⏰, stroll over to the slopes, and still not be late. Ski fanatics, rejoice! 🥳 The Xichaxuan King Room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the super soft bed made me never want to get up 🛌. The heating was incredibly powerful, completely saying goodbye to the damp cold of the south 👋! Disposable towels, toilet seat covers, and complimentary mineral water 🫙 – they thought of every single detail. The most delightful surprise was the hotel's free activities! Playing 'splash water into ice' in sub-zero temperatures 💦, the moment the ice crystals flew everywhere was breathtakingly beautiful, simply magical ✨. They also had free sledges available, perfect for both seniors and kids. The crunching sound as it glided over the snow was pure winter happiness 🎿! Add to that the free shuttle service and a hearty breakfast buffet 🍜, and it was such a comfortable and pleasant stay. I've already been raving about it to all my friends! ✌️✌️✌️

The homestay staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful from the moment we arrived until we left. Everyone was lovely. The facilities are great, and the room layout shows good taste. The photos and videos of the room posted on TRIP are exactly how it is, maybe even better. The breakfast was delicious and quite unique, reminiscent of Korean banchan. - Photo 1: Hotel staff picked us up from the Snow Village ticket office and took us to the accommodation. I accidentally left something in the car that brought us there, and the staff enthusiastically helped us, waiting with us. They even helped us communicate since we are foreigners. - Photos 2 - 9: These are pictures of the room I booked, 8707. It's located at the end of the second-floor hallway and has a view of the ski slope. - Photo 10: My dinner. I ordered too much food for lunch, so I finished it for dinner. But I didn't have any rice. The homestay owner cooked extra dumplings for us to go with it. - Photo 11: Breakfast at the homestay. - Photos 12-15: We enjoyed ourselves at Snow Village. If you're unsure about anything, don't hesitate to ask, and the homestay will provide enthusiastic assistance. The homestay staff guided us and showed us various photo spots. - Photo 16: On our departure day, the staff also helped with our luggage. If you're taking a coach, just provide them with your trip details. Your suitcase will be sent directly to the car's trunk. The send-off was very thoughtful. We got to our guesthouse in Xuexiang from Harbin, and the owner helped us share a ride and buy tickets – it was incredibly convenient! The owner and staff were all super helpful. The room was super clean, and the facilities were all new and high-end. My partner and I didn't want to leave Xuexiang, and then we discovered a large area behind the guesthouse. The snow was deep and there was no one around, so we joined another couple for a snowball fight – it was so incredibly fun! It was a hidden gem, much more fun than the Xuexiang scenic area itself. We all agreed that the area behind the guesthouse was the real gem, a truly carefree and relaxing place. I'll definitely come back to stay here again; it was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave!

Chang Geng Hotel's location is truly excellent (in Yong'an District), and the price is very reasonable. It's only about a ten-minute drive to Snow Village. This means you don't have to stay in Snow Village itself (which is expensive, noisy, and requires transferring to a Snow Village bus and hauling your own luggage into the main street), saving a lot of hassle. You also don't need to stay in Erlang River (which would waste two hours round trip just for the drive to Snow Village), saving precious time. The hotel is relatively new, bright, clean, and quiet. The owner even gave us a free room upgrade (because we had an elderly family member with us), allowing us to sleep more comfortably. Our daughters absolutely loved the Kang room; the feeling of the whole family sleeping on one large bed was quite special. The hotel restaurant's food was also delicious and perfectly suited to ********* tastes. It wasn't greasy or overly salty, truly feeling like home-cooked meals. The wok-fried egg fried rice was excellent, the braised chicken with mushrooms is a must-order, and the seasonal Northeastern dishes recommended by the owner's wife were also delicious... every dish was good, I just can't remember all the names. They even have traditional Northeastern floral jackets you can wear for photos! The owner, his wife, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend Chang Geng Hotel to anyone visiting Snow Village. You'll regret it if you don't stay here!

Just got back from Xuexiang, and I'm still thinking about that amazing guesthouse! I have to give it a huge thumbs up! First, the room. We booked a double room. It was spacious, bright, and warm as soon as we entered. The decor was a cozy wabi-sabi style, with warm, natural wood tones. The bed was incredibly comfortable; after playing in the snow all day, we fell asleep the moment we got back. The best part was the view from the window! Opening the curtains in the morning to a breathtaking white snowscape made me feel like I was in a fairytale. We took so many photos, and they didn't need much editing. Now, the food. Their restaurant was fantastic, with the same stylish decor as the rooms. The three of us ordered a huge table of Northeastern Chinese dishes—the portions were huge, and the food was authentic. Especially the chicken stew with mushrooms and the braised pork—my mouth is watering just thinking about it. The large round tables in the restaurant are perfect for families or friends to eat together; they create a wonderful atmosphere. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, quickly resolving any issues we had. In short, my accommodation experience in Xuexiang this time truly exceeded my expectations. Next time I come to Xuexiang, I will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Xuexiang; it's absolutely worth it!

Location: Although Erlanghe is a small town, there are supermarkets and restaurants. As long as there is transportation, it is very convenient to go to Yabuli/Ice and Snow Gallery/Shili Gallery/Dajzi Mountain/Xuexiang Transportation: If you don’t have a group tour/drive by yourself, you can contact the hotel in advance to arrange pick-up (at your own expense) Hotel: High cost-effectiveness, very comfortable, and pleasant scenery~ You can play snow skating and splashing water to make ice in the hotel When we went out to play, the aunt was worried that we were not dressed warmly enough, so she helped us add thick warm-keeping stickers When we arrived at the scenic spot, the aunt was worried that we bought expensive tickets, so she helped us contact people to buy tickets When we returned to the hotel, the aunt was worried that we were uncomfortable, and she also gave us cold tea When you go out, you just have fun. There are really few hotels with such a human touch! Next time I come, I will stay in Jingbei. If you want to stay in Xuexiang, there is also Jingbei~

This is truly the best hotel service I have ever experienced in my life. I am beyond satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with an amazing view. The location is perfect—right inside the Snow Town area, so everything is easy to reach. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They picked us up and dropped us off at the shuttle bus area, gave us extra complimentary bottled water, and recommended many fun activities in Snow Town. They even escorted us and helped us buy tickets at the best prices. Everything about this hotel was perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Snow Town. This hotel is simply the best ❤️❤️❤️

The stay experience was absolutely top-notch. Food, drinks, and entertainment were all fantastic. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the room experience was incredibly comfortable, and all the hotel amenities were fully stocked and even better than what you'd find in a five-star hotel. Toiletries and bedding were all disposable and exceptionally clean. They even provided sleep aids like earplugs and black tea. In the evening, there were patrol performances which were incredibly fun and exciting! Definitely a big thumbs up. We went up the mountain twice and experienced all sorts of snow activities, especially the Snow Dragon and snowmobiles, which were absolutely thrilling! I'm definitely coming back to this hotel next time!

Environment: Clean and tidy, directly facing the main stage for disco, with a great view. If you're sensitive to cold, you can even dance indoors! It's also right by where the shuttle drops you off, so the location is excellent. Service: Everyone is very enthusiastic and accommodating, always ready to help. Facilities: They have both accommodation and a restaurant here, so you can dine in, and the food is delicious!!!

The hotel service is very good, and they also helped to book tickets for scenic spots and pick up at the sightseeing bus station in advance. The only imperfection is that you will regret not coming to Xuexiang, and you will regret it even more if you come. The prices are too expensive, but the quality is average. The room is not very big. This is not the hotel's problem. It can only be said that the scenic area is like this. It is quite convenient to travel, next to the main road, and easy to find
