The location is good, room is nice. near to times square. but they will need you to use USD35 per day to consume on their in house resort items or food and beverages. And need to pay 5USD for each storage of luggage.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I especially loved how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, making it easy to unwind. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel location is very convenient! Super close to everything! Next to Madame Tussauds, very close to TimesSquare, Empire State Building and others…..

I traveled to nyc in 8 years and location was okay but the main entrance was closed which was located in apple and google map, we had to carry heavy luggage.. but still people were friendly and nice.

Limited seating in Lobby, there are long lines to check in at no space available for families. Fee being charged to hold bags after checkout...no consideration for guests who have late flights, this should be a free service.

Good location. Room is spacious. Called housekeeping multiple times to ask for toothbrushes but no one picked up, so I went down to the reception to ask nicely. Ended up the receptionist just rolled her eyes while passing me the toothbrushes. Secondly, At 9am, I saw housekeeping doing their rounds, a couple of rooms further from my room so I placed the privacy door hanger outside my door knob so as to inform housekeeping I don’t need their service, end up they just open my door and came in. It’s so annoying! What’s the point of me putting the privacy hanger at the door knob then? Ugh!

Good location in Time squares. There is no breakfast. The room is OK. Only stay for location

Parking was so expensive, but the service was great.
