Very clean hotel with amazing amenities... sauna, kids play area, restaurant and bar. The price we paid waa quite high, however.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious & clean. Received a card in the room about complimentary welcome Financier but we did not receive the amenities

The room is very clean and facilities are great. Good place to stay if any family looking for a hotel near the airport.

Location and serviceare very good.

Very near to airport. Only 3 station. Mrt station is next to the hotel so it is very convenient

As expected of Sheraton, the service and equipments are up to expectations. Elegant room design, friendly staff, who are willing to answer any questions with a smile. Sauna is small, but clean and tidy. One downside is the buffet breakfast provided is upsetting. Food is not hot enough, with very limited choices.

Overall is very good , the only discomfort is the room Had water drip sound at night.

The location of the hotel is perfect but the customer service is friendly.

I was there for my business trip. I like hotel staff, everyone is so nice to me. Never better. Close by Mitsui Outlet Park Linkou & A9 MRT, easy to shopping and walk around. There're many restaurants around the hotel, and really good taste. I'll come back visit again. Room is clean and comfort. Breakfast is ok. Had a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Great stay

Location is convenient and directly opposite linkou’s train station. Minimal lugging of luggage and mostly flat terrain which is great news for travelers. Price is definitely reasonable considering the size of room and location. Mins walk to one of their outlet malls though I would recommend Gloria outlets instead. Loved their room and the cleanliness of it too. Would suggest and consider them again if I ever stay around taoyuan again. Staff was friendly too and approachable so do ask them for food and places of interest or even to book cabs from their hotels. Breakfast spread was pretty decent too!

Nice n cosy hotel. Room is spacious n near airport which is very convenient for early flight. Hotel even able to provide breakfast to take along to airport if flight is very early in the morning. Service staff are attentive n professional. Highly recommended.
