Banff Rocky Mountain Resort Reviews

We spent three good nights in the cabin. There is a mountain view next to the resort. When we first arrived, we were surprised to find a group of deer next to the house! ! But I still have to talk about the shortcomings. We booked four people on the booking website. Our room type is a double bed + sofa bed. It is impossible for four people to squeeze into a double bed, right? But when we entered the room, we found that the sofa bed was not made at all... and there was no extra quilt, so I had to call the counter to ask for quilts and sheets (fortunately, there were four pillows in the master bedroom, which was enough). The counter said that the housekeeping would not know how many people we were (hello? Is this a problem of your internal negligence?), which is the most unsatisfactory thing for me, so I can't give it five stars. In addition, the room is actually quite old, the bathroom exhaust fan is very loud, the kitchen utensils are enough, but unfortunately there is no cutting board, and the only wok has peeled off the coating and is scarred. The non-stick pan is a consumable item, please replace it... The location is about 7-8 minutes drive from Banff, which is not too close nor too far, and the surrounding is very quiet. Overall, we still like this place despite the minor shortcomings mentioned above.
