It was what it had mentioned on its website! Cleaned bedsheets, fresh towels and had given all the facilities. On our last day, we were visited by animals and gave us a happy send off!!!!☺️

Staying home till things improve with our southern neighbours. We support Canadians first!

Best place to stay near banff downtown and near all attractions They upgraded the room and made us feel so special amd all seevices were up to level especially the hot tubs

Recently stayed in Banff Rocky Mountain resort with family unfortunately very disappointed . Rooms are tiny and smelled bad sleeper sofa’s were dirty and stained . Overpriced dirty room floor.

We didn't want to be near the city, so location was perfect. Other than the sound of train, hotel was quiet. We were not able to get room cleaning service everyday, but it was not a big problem.

All you need in the room was provided so no need to worry about the stuff.

The room is large and has a full set of kitchenware for cooking. The hotel is located outside the town of Banff, about a 5-minute drive away. The hotel service attitude is very good and they are enthusiastic to answer our inquiries.

We stayed in a suite on the first floor. The facilities were very old. The room and living room were very small. We couldn't fall asleep because of the noise from the upper floor. The sofa in the living room was pulled out to be a bed, but the bed was higher at one end than the other, and it was concave in the middle, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The wallpaper on the wall was pasted a long time ago, but some places were bulging. The kitchen was very small and the dishes were also very old. The front desk service was not good or bad, but generally speaking, it was not average. I will not stay there again. It is not proportional to the more than 1,700 yuan per night. One thing worth mentioning is that it is very close to the class service, less than ten minutes by car, and I woke up in the morning to see a lot of wild antelopes?

Compared to the hotels in the center of Banff Town, this hotel is so great! Very suitable for self-driving, the hotel is 3 kilometers away from the center of Banff Town, with its own free shuttle bus to the town center, and the scenery is excellent. The cabins are spacious and well-equipped, and there are hot spring pools to help you eliminate a day's fatigue. The most important thing is that the service is so good. I asked for a knife to cut salami, and they sent me a new knife and a cutting board. I was really touched! I have collected it and will stay here again if I have the chance!

The hotel is at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, with nice views, but it is still a certain distance from the town of Banff. The suite I was assigned to was located in Building 15, with convenient parking, but it was too close to the road and very noisy at night. The hotel has a hot spring and a swimming pool, but it is relatively old, completely self-service, and has no security guards. The room I was assigned to was not convenient to the restaurant area, as I had to cross a large road. The room was also relatively small and the soundproofing was not good.

The room was OK. The time I booked was wrong. It was difficult to book a hotel in Banff on short notice, especially for the price/performance ratio, so I booked this hotel on short notice. I got up early in the morning to pack up and eat to get ready to leave early. Suddenly, the power went out around 5 o'clock. It was pitch black. The resort was in the middle of nowhere and it was scary. Fortunately, I brought a flashlight and packed my luggage and went out. This was a bad feeling. I couldn't speak the language. I don't know what happened? The worst hotel experience, and there was no apology when I checked out!
