"attempted to rip me off to stay during the storm, first, they never returned my messages about getting stuck in Jamaica. so i came the office 2 times with no resolution. So Icall them the night before I check out at 6-7pm, and they say Sorry we can't offer you a room! So I try to leave and fly out, and LONG story short, I come back PRIOR to my check out time 9am - to regroup and find shelter. So they come and say - ok we have a room- I think they will do it at the same or less rate I paid... ohhh no - they tried to charge me 200 American per night!!!!"

"I booked beach house condos after reading some of the amazing reviews and we were not disappointed! We upgraded our room to the upper beach house and the view we woke up to every morning was incredible. The room was large and clean and was well equipped. All the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you and we felt so safe there as we were initially worried. We ate a few times at the Ocean breeze and was always delicious. Both our kids were poorly during our stay and the staff were so caring and helpful. Most of the people who stay there return every year and we can see why! We will definitely be back!"

" Wow, this place never dis-appoints. Between the comfortable, spotless and modern accommodations, the delicious (and reasonably priced!) food, beautiful beach and amazing staff, I don't know what I liked best. It's got to be the staff. From the security, housekeeping, even the gardener, are all such a pleasure to speak to. And this is coming from a pessimist. I know I probably sound like a shill, but it's true. The first couple nights our requested 203 wasn't available, and they put us up in a much nicer suite at the same cost. Food really is reasonable. Continental breakfast starting under $8 us, fresh fruit smoothies $5 or $6! and red stripe at $4, That's cheaper than Tony's hut, and Needle brings it to my lounge with a few laughs. Now that I'm thinking about it, maybe I shouldn't brag about what a great time we had. It's going to get harder to book a room. "

"Absolutely had the best time at Rock House! There is not one thing I didn't love, and would recommend it in a heartbeat. Our room was the least expensive, and while small, met our needs. One day I'd love to stay in one of the villas overlooking the sea! Housekeeping was excellent. The grounds are expansive and the cliffside views and access to the water is amazing. You can just sit on a lounge chair all day looking out over the water. The staff is all gracious and wonderful. The guests are from all over, and everyone was kind and friendly. Rock House throws in a little extra something every day - one day a complimentary short massage, another day was free drinks by the pool, and every day we enjoyed happy hour from 5-6 p.m. Sunsets were awesome. Location was great and we walked to nearby restaurants - Sips and Bits, Ericka's, and Xtabi. Had breakfast at Rock House which was tasty. The location allowed us to get out and support more local businesses."

"The place initially had ac amd internet, but both went out after my husband arrived. He was staying at this hotel due to the recent hurricane stopping his electricity and they said they had electricity. When I attempted to contact the supervisor about changing his room , I continuously got hung up on and the front desk rep stopped answering my calls. I would never suggest anyone to stay at this hotel, and my family and i would never stay here again."
