BBushra MoustafaStaff were very friendly at the hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The hotel is coneveniently located across from shops and restaurants. The hotel's beach front was also much nicer than neighbording hotels with a good stretch of sand up front.

GGuest Userattempted to rip me off to stay during the storm, first, they never returned my messages about getting stuck in Jamaica. so i came the office 2 times with no resolution. So Icall them the night before I check out at 6-7pm, and they say Sorry we can't offer you a room! So I try to leave and fly out, and LONG story short, I come back PRIOR to my check out time 9am - to regroup and find shelter. So they come and say - ok we have a room- I think they will do it at the same or less rate I paid... ohhh no - they tried to charge me 200 American per night!!!!
