The location is really great, next to pyramids. But you have to be careful, the area full of scammers, everyone is trying to sell you services or items which you don’t need. Room is fine for a couple of days stay, breakfast is so poor. No fruits, no juices, there is no variety to choose at all. Everywhere in the world when you have breakfast at least you can get a piece of tomato or cucumber. The worst thing even if you want to order something and enjoy the view from the roof, they will charge you 3x from original price, so my recommendation if you want to have a reasonably priced meal and enjoy the same view - check for another places around. For example, sparkling water- we were charged 200,
when superb restaurant charged us only 90 for the same water.

The service inside the hotel is perfect from the airport pickup, welcome drink , the bar at the rooftop and the staff here is all very nice.
I was staying at the hotel for three days. The first day music on the rooftop was quite loud so I was asked to kindly turn the volume down at least before midnight so that I can sleep. However, the staff turned the music down at 10 PM. And on the next day the music was not too loud. which shows that they really care about their clients.
The place around the hotel is quite dirty, but I don't mind since It is the local lifestyle and inside the hotel is really nice and clean. Plus if you wish to go to the pyramid in the early morning with only a 3-5 min walk this would be the place.

The location of the hotel was definitely convenient — it’s very close to the train station, and there’s even a convenience store just a minute's walk away, which made grabbing essentials really easy. Every day, I could see the pyramids from my room, which was absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of my stay.
The hotel staff were also very kind and helpful, always willing to assist with anything I needed. However, despite these positives, the hotel itself was quite disappointing in terms of cleanliness. The lobby and hallways felt a bit neglected, and my room didn’t seem very well maintained — the carpet looked worn out and there was a musty smell that lingered throughout my stay.
Also, even though the location is great, the entrance to the hotel was hard to find and had an uninviting atmosphere that made me hesitate before going in. Overall, it’s a place with some unforgettable views and kind staff, but if you care a lot about cleanliness and overall atmosphere, it might not be the best choice.

The room is average, the service is OK, the rose tea when checking in was delicious, but when leaving, they were not willing to give me a glass of water. This hotel is average,,,

The view of the pyramids is so nice. Especially when you arrive, they give you a welcome tea, which is really delicious. I didn't eat breakfast, but the quality of the hotel room was good, so I was able to sleep well.

The accommodation is generally nice, and the rooms are relatively clean, but the plumbing is poor. The drain isn't at the bottom of the sloped drain pan; instead, there's a depression where the drain isn't supposed to be, so water pools instead of draining. This results in terrible drainage.
There was a water heater, but no hot shower.
Also, there was what appeared to be a hair on the sheets of one of the two beds. The other bed was clean. I was traveling alone, so that was fine, but it would be uncomfortable otherwise.
The front desk staff were generally kind and helpful.
The half-day tour of the Giza Pyramids for one person cost $85 (including admission to the pyramid area; tickets to the pyramids themselves were a separate charge). There was an explanation, and a local person accompanied me, so I didn't get harassed by pushy salesmen or touts. However, at the end, I was dragged into a papyrus shop, insisting it was a museum. If you're not paying attention, you'll end up buying something, so be brave and say no. Personally, I don't think solo travelers need a tour.

I liked everything.
Good breakfasts (Egyptian or European to choose from), helpful staff, but most importantly - the view from the roof!

The hotel is near the South Gate. You can usually enter from the new gate of the Pyramids, and the exit is next to the hotel. The transportation is very convenient. But I want to complain: one of the selling points of the hotel is free airport pick-up. The details of the pick-up were confirmed through email communication in the early stage. In fact, no one came to pick us up at the airport. Later, the excuse was that the car was broken and they needed to change it, so we had to wait for another 50 minutes! So I seriously suspect that the free airport pick-up is used as a selling point to attract customers. In fact, there is no such service at all. They bet that you will not wait foolishly at the airport and finally take a taxi to the hotel by yourself, and the cost will not be reimbursed!

The location was outstanding!
The young staff member was also very nice! Thank you for your hospitality!
However, the toilet and shower were in the same room, which was a bit strange, and the drainage wasn't very good.
Anyway, the location and hospitality were great, so I recommend it! (If you want a clean hotel, you might want to choose a different hotel.)

It's close to the entrance of the pyramids and there are hotel tours. They even lent me a hair dryer! The shower has hot water, but it doesn't drain well, so it gets soggy. It takes a while to serve breakfast, so if you don't have time, you can't eat much.
