CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch II Reviews

It is the first time we are staying at CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch II and it is conveniently located nearby the Taipei Main Station and Bus Station. On the first day when check in, we receive warm and genuine greetings from the service staff stationed at the reception counter. My friends and I were impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff (led by Lilian and her team mates Nancy and Aria) who provided as a insightful introduction to the premises and amenities available in the hotel. They helped to look after our luggage before the check in timing at 3pm and recommended us to some of the popular food spots around the vicinity. Afterwhich, we collected the room cards from them timely at check in counter without any delay. The room was sparkling clean and room amenities were all avaliable for us. There were also a self service pantry area where you can choose your drinks (coffee or tea and water dispenser) and light snacks such as biscuits and bowl noodles (after 10pm) were provided free of charge. Kitchen utensils as well as Freezer, Microwave and Oven were also made available for in house guest to use 24/7. We were also delighted to know that there is a on-site laundry room where we can wash our laundry which is especially user friendly and helpful as we were on a long trip with soiled clothings. They even provided both the washing machines and dryers as well as the detergent powder. It was so convenient and homely for our 3 days 2 nights at the hotel. Special shout out to Debby (night shift staff) who advised us on the aircon issue we had on first night on how to adjust the right temperature and also Aria assisting us with getting the engineering team to fix the air con on the next morning. Debby thank you for also doing the night shift and maintaining the cleanliness of the pantry in the morning. Lastly, we will like to thank the service team for their excellent service and great hospitality. We are deeply touched by the genuine service and surprise little gift for our friend's birthday. (Thank you Lilian and Kenny and team) Keep up the great work and stay passionate in what you do.

CityInn Hotel Taipei is a fantastic choice for travelers, offering a prime location near MRT stations and attractions like Ximending. The rooms are compact yet modern and spotless, with comfortable beds and efficient layouts. The hotel excels in amenities, including a self-service laundry, free coffee, and a shared kitchen. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. For its reasonable price, CityInn delivers excellent value with quality service, great amenities, and convenience. I highly recommend it for both leisure and business travelers.

Location is great and service is great too. There was maintenance in the hotel (was informed about it at time of checked). Booked a room without window, maybe hence a slight smell in the room?…will book in the future a room with a window. The room itself was clean (but too dated to my taste).

Stayed 4 night, the location is 👍🏻 will stay this hotel if travel Taipei again👍🏻

The location is good, the transportation is convenient, the room is clean and comfortable, and instant noodles are available for free as a late-night snack. The front desk staff is friendly. If you want to travel by yourself and don’t want to be too embarrassed to live in a youth hostel, it is a good choice ~

The room was clean and the location was quite convenient. The girl at the counter explained the check-in instructions and was very kind. It said that instant noodles were originally only served at 22 o'clock. Because today is a typhoon day... now, it is available at around 18:00. She was very nice and even offered to upgrade me to a larger room. The room is quite clean, the hot water for bathing is very hot, and the air conditioner is very cold. I think it's pretty good to live here.

2 rooms x 2 nights Although there is no wardrobe in the room, there are as many as 7 clothes hangers. The bathroom provides basic toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps, combs, laundry bags, as well as moisturizer and conditioner provided by a few hotels. The hotel provides 24-hour self-service washing and drying services, including laundry detergent. There is also a mini bar with a coffee machine that provides coffee, milk tea and lemon tea, as well as biscuits, a microwave and a bread oven. The common area is also quite comfortable. The location is also close to Taipei Railway Station, about 5-10 minutes' walk.

Excellent location. Friendly, attentive and courteous staff. Hotel facilities are a bit old. Overall, good value for money

The location is hard to find, the bed sheets are stained as if they have not been changed, there is no heating in the room, there are not many restaurants nearby, there are only 7-11, McDonald's and KFC opposite, there is nothing to choose from..., except that the waiters are relatively friendly and the instant noodles provided in the evening, basically I will not choose this hotel again!

Xinyi has always been a brand I trust, and I am very satisfied with my return visit after many years. The staff at the counter are friendly, there are delicious snack bars nearby, and a convenience store is nearby. Transportation is convenient, with the Airport MRT nearby. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the station and not too noisy.
