Check-in process was a breeze. Room was clean (it had just been mopped) and spacious. Situated in a side lane, it was quiet and made for a peaceful and stress-free stay. Plenty of massage parlours around! The night market and halal stalls are within ten minutes’ walk. Had a great stay, would highly recommend this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at Budget Stars Hotel in Chiang Mai. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is great—close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, but still peaceful at night. It was excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet quality place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Very good hotel smack dab in the middle of the touristy area.. it is right beside everything! Less than 10min walk to Pae walking street, Night Bazaar market, etc. There's tons of other markets , temples nearby. Also near, you can walk around 1hr to MAYA shopping mall , which isn't that far.. you can see a lot of nice things along with the way (markets, temples, restaurants, etc.) - recommend walking around and exploring rather than getting transport. The reception staff are lovely people, polite, and very helpful. The window also had a good view - I washed boxers and shirts in the sink and dried them on the balcony. If you have a load to wash , there are plenty of large, cleab laundromats in the area - very cheap too. 5 + 5 for the liquids, 40 for 26 min wash, another 40 for 26 min drying. I don't know how much the hotel charges for washing clothes but it would be definitely more expensive than outside laundromats.. just go take a walk around the neighbourhood. I want to give 5 stars but have to deduct 1 point as I stayed there for 8 days and my room was only cleaned around 2 times. I put the sign on the door asking for the room to be made but it was always ignored by the housekeeping staff. If I wanted a fresh towel I had to go down to reception and ask them for it. Other than that, it is a very good hotel, excellent price.. will stay again.

The hotel is in a great location, on the edge of the old city, next to the Teresa Teng Chang Bao Hotel. The rooms are large, the sheets are white, and they are clean and tidy.

The hotel is located in an alley. Walking distance to the alley is a massage parlor, bar, 7-11, nail salon, and even barbecue carts line the street at night. It's quite convenient and lively. Thapae Gate is less than a 10-minute walk away. I booked connecting rooms at the hotel, and the space was more than adequate for a family. The shower faucet was a little difficult to turn due to the foam on my hands, and I had to borrow a hair dryer from the front desk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very affordable in the city center.

The room is clean, simple and luxurious, not too expensive. The location is good, close to tourist attractions. The reception staff is very good. I will come and support you often.

At the beginning of the year, I looked for accommodations near Tapae**t and made a reservation because the location was good. Tapae**t, Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, Big C Mart, 7-Eleven, etc. are within a 10-minute walk, so the location was really good. The hotel was on the inside of the road, so it was quiet in the morning and evening, and I could hear the roosters crowing in the morning, but it was okay. It is a system where you take the necessary amenities directly from the desk every day.

Very close to the ancient city, the room is very spacious. I really like the pillows and quilts here. They are soft and comfortable, and there is a kettle for hot water. The service is very good. The room does not provide hangers. The waiter specially provided them. Recommended by a friend, very good, and the price is good. Hotels with such conditions near the ancient city are very expensive.

The room was not very clean, there was dust. When I entered the bathroom, there was a bar of soap from the previous owner that had not been cleaned yet. The room was a bit old, but it was acceptable compared to the price. The receptionist was not always there. Overall, I would give it 6/10.

There is an elevator, and the location and facilities are great for the price. However, it is old and I saw black bugs on the bed. It would be nice if the TV had YouTube connected.
