Bel Abri Napa Valley Inn
"Very calm and beautiful hotel with a great in room breakfast"
Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa
"It's different from the Marriott Hotel I imagined. The hotel is very old and the heater is very loud. I'll check it out later."
Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Napa Valley
"The hotel is nice and clean and close to Downtown Napa Valley. Convenient for shopping and food."
Senza Hotel
"Two bookings allow for two review opportunities, so let's keep it simple: this hotel is dirty, messy, and terrible. Dirty: The sheets are unclean; there's always hair under the sheets. Messy: They can't do accounting, don't combine bookings, and overcharge for breakfast—they just try to rip you off. Terrible: All complaints are met with perfunctory responses; they're used to getting things done."
Archer Hotel Napa
"The room is small and crowded, barely enough for just living. The bedding and bathroom in the room are quite high-end. However, the service at the front desk was poor and not very friendly to Chinese people. When I checked in during a holiday in the United States, the waiter gave me a super bad room. The windows were full of equipment on the opposite floor, and it was impossible to open the curtains. When I asked to change rooms, the waiter's attitude was very bad."
Napa River Inn
"The room is very poor, dark and noisy"
Hotel Indigo NAPA VALLEY by IHG
"The hotel is well decorated and has a good location! The price is also favorable!"
The Charles Napa, an Artfully Designed Inclusive Inn
"I have mixed feelings about this bed-and-breakfast. On the one hand, it’s in a good location, not far from downtown Napa, which is a charming downtown with lots of restaurants near the river and a laid-back vibe. The bed was super comfortable and I slept well, which is really the most important thing. On the other hand there were lots of little things that could be improved that would make this worth the price. For one, they need an espresso machine with plant-based milk for the lobby or at least a good coffee maker in the room. They need to put fresh orchid plants in rooms rather than the dead ones that were there and they need to expand the breakfast offerings – the morning I was there, it was simply breakfast burritos and banana bread, neither of which appealed to me. A more generic broader offering of muffins and croissants would be most appreciated. The outdoor landscaping needs to be improved. Overall, the condition of the hotel is a little bit dilapidated and dark. And my feeling of the front reception was kind of cool. I don’t think I’d return although I’m not going to say it was an entirely negative experience."
ANDAZ NAPA, BY HYATT
"Located in the center of Napa, the location is excellent. The hotel service staff is very friendly. After checking in at the front desk, free red wine and snacks are given. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The hotel's public facilities are a bit inferior, and there is no gym. . The lighting in the hotel is also dim and the tone is slightly depressing, perhaps to reflect the combination of American country style and boutique hotel. There is a clear gap with domestic Andaz hotels. The price is still a bit expensive"

Grand Reserve at the Meritage
The Napa Inn
"A century-old building, the room is very warm. The restaurant and reception are in another building. There is free afternoon tea and snacks. The breakfast was also very good. Perfect for vacation"
Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley, Curio Collection by Hilton
"The windows didn't seem to close tightly and the car noise was very loud. There was noise coming from upstairs all night."
The Meritage Resort and Spa
"The hotel provides slippers and mouthwash, and even a complimentary bottle of wine. It has its own vineyard, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets within about 4 kilometers. There's also a spa in a cave. Overall, it was a great experience."
The Knoll Hotel Napa Valley, Tapestry by Hilton
"Very nice and very clean hotel"
R Inn Napa
Cedar Gables Inn
"I have a very mixed impression of this hotel. On the one hand: a beautiful mansion with a small number of rooms, with a very interesting interior, real antiques, cozy, quiet, not far from the center of the town, with delicious breakfasts, the room is spacious. Two-room with two large beds. Large bathroom, which they tried to make modern. But on the other hand, it feels like they are doing the guests a little favor by letting them stay there at all. Firstly, I don’t understand why I took a room designed for four adults, but it turns out that it was only booked for two and I have to pay $50 per day for each additional person. What did I pay for? There were only three towels and we were not given any extra ones. The room was not cleaned because the maid came in once, for some reason got scared that there were no adults in the room (children aged 12 and 14), left and never came back. It turns out I only paid for extra breakfasts. Another strange thing: check-in is strictly from 3 to 6 PM. Three hours a day. Not much chance. There are questions about the bathroom. It's cold there. And if you stand in the shower for a long time, the lighting in the entire bathroom automatically turns off, and you'll be left in pitch darkness. Why was this invented? For whose convenience?"
Inn on Randolph
"Two couples, two rooms, for a three night wine tasting vacation. Relaxed town location, great breakfasts, nice fireplaces, strong a/c, we really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The girls walked each morning to town! "
