偏僻地方的度假村，周圍什麼都沒有只有一間開車五分鐘會到的萊爾富，連吃飯都是問題，房間雖然有溫泉水，但水溫似乎不太穩定?洗澡水有點小而且水溫似乎越晚越不熱，強烈建議怕冷的不要輕易入住；房間陳設雖老舊，但整體還算舒適；戶外設施尤其是情人橋應該要環境清整一下，許多蜘蛛網還有掉落的椰子大樹葉擋道阻礙通行，不會考慮再回住。

整體環境不錯，可惜設施跟小木屋看起來舊舊的，且小木屋防水好像沒做的很好，雖然有溫泉...木屋可能因為長期潮濕造成塌陷，我住的房間廁所門已經無法關上，房間也瀰漫著濕氣味久久不散...，但看得出來飯店在各方面都盡力在維持環境、設施整潔，有游泳池/露天溫泉/天空步道/天空之橋/落羽松步道/各種遊樂設施/露營區。值得一提的是，副餐真的給很多，房間附兩碗來一客，早上兩人房四份早餐量（蘿蔔糕+蛋x2 /總匯三明治x4 / 兩杯豆漿）真的讓人飽到下午 😂，只能說如果木屋問題解決，真的是很不錯的飯店！（對了，此飯店不接待住宿訪客入內，如果臨時有訪客需求，需要注意一下飯店規定，以免被收取入園費用）

小木屋環境很好，服務人員態度良好，因喜歡唱歌，所以此處投幣卡拉ok我很喜歡，所以常來住宿，唯一就是大衆池開放不確定，如住宿人少就不開放，此次住宿就沒開放，這是唯一美中不足，所以訂房時請先確認當天大衆池是否開放再決定要不要訂房

園區環境、泡湯設施和員工的服務都很好，沒什麼可以挑剔的，唯一美中不足的是房間廁所的門竟然關不起來，若要硬關，門下方卡住會出現嘰嘰的聲音，為何每天整房清潔人員都會發現的事，怎麼會放任這種問題存在，而不反應處理，這園方實應該檢討及去清查到底有那幾間房號有這樣的問題
