Family-friendly Hotels in Nanning

The location is shopping mall, nearby have variety go food choice. The room is a bit dim due to some light spoilt. Had informed the front desk and hopefully will get it replace asap. Room cleanliness is satisfactory. Overall experience is 4/5.

The moment I stepped into the hotel, the familiar atmosphere of an old five-star hotel hit me. The perfect luxury and elegance made me relax instantly. When I checked in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and arranged a room on the 44th floor for me. During the entire stay, the service in the executive lounge impressed me the most. Yumei, like the warm sun in spring, has a bright smile, a lively and lovely personality, and can always keenly capture the needs of guests, making people feel warm. There are also Shizhi and Bindian, who are also enthusiastic and considerate. Their busy figures in the lounge have become a beautiful landscape here. They use professional and thoughtful services to make every guest feel at home. In contrast, the service in the fitness center on the 5th floor is so-so. When I met a male and female waiter, they all had cold faces. In short, the executive room is recommended, which is very cost-effective.

He also said that it is not convenient for you to carry so much with two children, so I will do it for you. 2. The room I booked has an independent cloakroom, which is very convenient for storing luggage. 3. There is a bathtub, separate shower room and separate toilet, which is spacious and comfortable. 4. In the cleaning process, there is another dedicated person to check the hygienic corners of the room, so as to provide each guest with the cleanest and hygienic environment. Very 👍. 5. The overall service details are in place, and the breakfast buffet is also very rich. Next time I go to Nanning, this hotel will be my first choice.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. Location is excellent which connects to shopping mall. It's easy to find nice restaurants around the area. Staff is friendly and helpful, but their English is not well. Room is big and there are all necessary equipments.

The location is easy to find and convenient for travel. There are Wanda Plaza and Blue Whale World near the hotel. Friends who don’t want to go so far can go to the road behind the hotel. It should only take about 10 minutes to walk there. There are also a lot of food! There are many stores for Laoyoufen and snail noodles. Rice noodles are the best! Let’s talk about the hotel. I stayed for two days and felt very warm! The hotel staff was kind and friendly, and they closed the distance at once. More often, they were like friends who were always by my side when I needed help, and they didn’t put a lot of psychological pressure on me. I was also a person who was afraid of causing trouble to others. In short, I think it is an i-friendly hotel! I don’t know if the staff understood that I was more socially anxious, so they smiled and nodded at me when they greeted me! This feeling is great! I will come again! It’s about 10km from downtown, approx 30 min taxi ride. We chose it cuz it was a stopover and close to the airport. The room smelled like funky feet and stale cigarette smoke, and we complained and immediately got switched to another room, which was better but still little smelly. But staff is really well trained, polite and friendly! Overachieving to please. Breakfast was pretty good, great variety and selection, quality was okay. But super value for price. The polite staff is their redeeming quality in my opinion.

Good hotel. The subway stop is literally 5 minutes walk away. You can take the subway from the translation. The hotel is connected to Wanda plaza during the day. There's a little market aswell behind the Wanda. The room was bigger than expected. Good check in. The bed is comfy good pillows. Would definetly recommend and stay here again.

I had a wonderful time at Nanning Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, but it is the staff who made my stay. I was fortunate to meet Zhou Yu, the front of house manager, whose excellent English was very helpful. He and the other staff of this hotel went the extra mile to help me enjoy my stay. I thoroughly recommend the hotel!

Non-smokers please note that this listing includes both smoking and non-smoking variants! We did not notice this as other listings we've seen usually indicate whether the room itself is smoking/non-smoking. Additionally the front desk didn't ask for our preference when we were checking in. We only noticed the stench after we had settled in and were ready to sleep. The room is also equipped with a soundproofing door but we were still woken up by loud noises from the hallway and the room above. Besides these issues the room was generally spacious and bedding was comfortable.
