The room is spacious enough. Although it is in the old town and there is a bar downstairs, it is very quiet at night. Although there are not many breakfast varieties, the ingredients are of high quality! Excellent location! Next to it is Batumi Square, within walking distance to Ali & Nino, and most importantly, the nearby Rubber Duck is here for me! The best adjaruli khachapuri! There is also 8000vintage within walking distance!

We will stay at this hotel again if we come to Baku again. Except for the breakfast which was a bit simple, everything else was very good.

Wonderful new hotel. Very clean, all furniture is new. Amazing view from the window (I was given a room on the fifth floor overlooking the streets of old Batumi). The location is great - in the old city, in the center of nightlife, but the room was quiet. Very helpful staff. Upon request, they brought a warm blanket and an iron (although it would be great to have a board and an iron in the room at all times). Breakfast is not bad, but lacks variety. I did not like the coffee for breakfast at all. I would give 4 for breakfast, otherwise - a solid 5. Many thanks to the hotel staff for the warm welcome and comfortable stay!

真是入住測評，無濾鏡實拍圖！ 設施：剛開業不久的酒店，各類設施都很齊全也很新，酒店不主動提供牙膏牙刷刮鬍刀等一次性用品，但可以找前台送到房間 衞生：每天的清潔很到位，特別是衞生間和浴室都打掃的非常乾淨，大堂和公共區域也很有氛圍感 位置：位置在巴統老城的核心地帶，步行10分鐘內可以到歐洲廣場，摩天輪，Ali&Nino雕塑和海邊，到巴統機場車程約20分鐘，到巴統中央火車站車程約10分鐘 服務：前台提供英語服務，入住時晚間進行了消防逃生演習，工作人員也都一一告知住客。早餐中規中矩，熱菜不多，也許是當地習慣

房間乾淨整潔，工作人員熱情。酒店的位置也不錯，去海邊只有500米，走着去各個景點都很方便。 早餐9點開始，種類還算豐富。

房間乾淨整潔，床很軟，早餐不錯，位置很好，距離海邊、巴統廣場不遠，可以CITYWALK，距離1.5公里有很不錯的中餐館。

Расположение отеля хорошее, в старом городе недалеко от моря , рядом много интересных ресторанчиков и достопримечательностей но Из минусов : 1) Вы не сможете пользоваться ванной комнатой , тк здесь нет обогрева , только комната обогревается кондиционером а в туалет /ванную не возможно зайти из-за леденящего холода . 2) Забронировала номер с раскладным диваном , чтобы ребёнок спал отдельно . Простынь и одеяло принесли только через 2 дня после бесконечных напоминаний ! И заявили , что это стоит 74 лари. В итоге при выезде выставили доп счет за пастельное белье в размере 250 лари !!! Я такого нигде не встречала . 3) ни разу не замерили пастельное бельё на чистое за неделю . 4) на завтрак ходила 1 раз и пару раз брала только кофе , те сосиски ужасно перченые а больше выбирать нечего . 5) в номере нет ложки для обуви и это не предусмотрено гостиницей 6) очень не доброжелательный персонал , с недовольными лицами . Это огорчает , всегда считала что в Грузии люди гостеприимные Не рекомендую .

This hotel is located in Old Batumi not far from the piazza. There are many nice restaurants and bars within a short walking distance from the hotel and some of the main shopping streets are not far. The Europe circle and even the promenade are 7-12 minutes away by foot. The hotel is clean and comfortable seems new and modern. The bathroom in the room is spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is nice with a variety of options.

STAYED AT THIS HOTEL SEVERAL DAYS, IT IS AN EXCELLENT HOTEL, MY ROOM LOOKED AT OLD NEIGHBOURHOOD AND HAD GREAT VIEWS. VISITED CAFES NEARBY. Hotel OFFERED ENGLISH BREAKFAST, CAFE WAS NOT OPEN YET. HIGHLY RECOMENDED ESPECIALLY ROOMS WITH BALCONY.
