The location is near the airport. There is a free airport shuttle service. However, there are no restaurants in the area. The room is not soundproof. You can hear cars passing by all the time. Breakfast has a lot to choose from. The taste is okay.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They provided excellent airport transfer service, even offering wake-up calls for early morning departures. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and a fantastic free breakfast. The staff were always attentive and quick to resolve any issues. The rooms are equipped with smart technology, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. We received a complimentary upgrade to a family room, which was spotlessly clean. The hotel has good reviews so I was a bit surprised when I received mail telling me that the soundproofing is bad and they can offer earplugs. I did not believe and I was right. The hotel is immaculately clean, well located, just perfect for a layover or late night Nanjing arrival. There are strange things, though (they do not lower my opinion but are worth mentioning). The first thing is that the room tells you something in Chinese when you first enter it, the second is the set next to the bed. I was offered by trip.com extra soft drinks and a fruit. I got soft drinks but bet it was not the ftuit

Our airport transfer driver was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. The hotel room was clean and tidy. However, I have a significant complaint about the loose bedside power outlet. I plugged in my phone to charge overnight, only to wake up to a completely dead phone with a black screen. Turns out it hadn't charged at all! I'm utterly speechless about this – check out the photo. The outlet was so loose (perhaps from overuse), and there was no warning for guests. This nearly caused me to be late.

To my horror, I found two bugs crawling on the bed! There were also bugs on the floor, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The service was quite poor as well. Despite having a restaurant with spoons clearly visible on the counter, when I asked to borrow one, I was bluntly told they had none. With an early morning flight, I didn't expect to get much sleep, but the mattress and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. Even though it's very close to the airport, I'm a light sleeper, and I didn't find it noisy at all. My child had a blast interacting with the Xiao Du smart assistant. The airport shuttle runs very frequently, and the ladies at the front desk all had wonderfully warm smiles.

The hotel is very close to the airport, about a five-minute drive. The airport shuttle was surprisingly uncrowded, almost like a private transfer, which was perfect for us as we had a lot of luggage. However, the driver who picked us up was quite unhelpful and didn't assist with our bags. Fortunately, the driver for our departure was very friendly, which made up for the initial disappointment. We also received welcome fruit and breakfast. Since we were traveling with a child, they even provided an extra breakfast for our little one, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast itself was just average, but the multigrain porridge was good. Overall, it was a good stay. However, if you are a light sleeper who is easily disturbed by noise, this might not be the place for you. Due to its close proximity to the airport, there's noise from planes taking off, which can continue until around 1 AM. On the positive side, taxis are very convenient. Even though we arrived quite late, we were able to catch a taxi to the Bali Night Market for dinner, which was less than a 15-minute drive away. This convenience was greatly appreciated. The taxi fare was around 20 RMB.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport, and their shuttle service is a huge plus. I arrived at the airport late at night, and after calling the hotel, they were there to pick me up in under 5 minutes – truly impressive! My room was on the 2nd floor and was quite spacious and comfortable, with decent sound insulation. The next day, they also provided transfers to the subway station or the airport. I arrived at the hotel quite late, but the friendly front desk attendant was incredibly welcoming. Upon learning I had an early flight the next morning and would miss breakfast, she thoughtfully prepared a small breakfast bag for me to take. That was a truly appreciated gesture! The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, promptly resolving any issues. The airport shuttle service was very convenient, and welcome snacks were a nice touch. The bedding was also spotlessly clean. For an overnight layover in Nanjing, it was a perfectly good choice. I cannot recommend this airport hotel high enough. Very clean, spacious, cozy, air-conditioner is super silent, breakfast delicious. There are free shuttles for delivery to and from airport. One has to call the hotel to come to pick up. It's not walkable from the airport, not because of the distance but the lack of proper pedestrian for someone to walk, not to mention in the dark. The shuttle ride is less than 10 mins. Excellent room rate.
