I booked this hotel last minute in Nanchang, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! Excellent value for money. Upon checking in at night, I discovered the shower drain was clogged. I reported it to the front desk, and they sent a cleaner to unclog it. When that failed, they moved me to a different room. While taking a shower in the new room, I suddenly felt a scratch. Upon inspection, I realized I was injured (Pic 1). Investigating the cause, I discovered the showerhead's surface was peeling, creating a sharp protrusion (Pic 2). That evening, I spoke with the manager. Besides an apology, they only offered to apply for a 20% discount from their superior. Is this kind of injury only worth 50 yuan in compensation? Do they think I'm Hello Kitty? At that point, I lost all desire to communicate further with the hotel. I immediately filed a complaint with Nanchang 12345 that very evening. The next morning, I woke up to find the duvet insert had come out of its cover, and it was yellow (Pic 3). As I was leaving, I noticed signs of water damage and swelling on the room door (unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo). During breakfast, I observed dish soap, food, and food containers placed on the same counter, much too close to each other (Pic 4). This clearly violates the requirements of GB31654, Section 4.3.2. After waiting for five business days, Nanchang 12345 still hasn't provided any substantive feedback. So, I'll just post my experience here.
