Front desk is crazy and since from start of check in and till checkout they have mess very well and this brand hotel start behaving like 2 star hotel reception or front desk people is useless don’t have words to speak anything

The service at the hotel was fantastic and the staff extremely friendly and professional. Will sadly recommend it to my network and will be happy to stay there again.

My stay at Sheraton Nairobi Hurlingham was great. Distance to the airport was a big factor in choosing this location. Both restaurants in this hotel were amazing. I personally recommend the Chicken Swahili dish at Pablos. A special mention to a staff from the hotel, Wilson. He was extremely kind and professional and made our stay a memorable one.

We liked the hotel! We stayed overnight before the safari. Breakfast was varied! Safe area, security carefully checks at the entrance. In the evening, you can go up to the bar on the top floor, where you can see the area, listen to music and have dinner. Friendly atmosphere around. I recommend!

The hotel is good, but on the last day, there was a foul smell from the sewer, which was not there before. The breakfast in the hotel is simple but sufficient, a good choice for business trips!

It was a very unsatisfactory stay. We arrived at the hotel at around 2pm, and they told us that the room we booked was sold out. They wanted to change hotels. The option they provided us was a hotel with a price of around 400 per room, which was far different from the price of the hotel we booked. We disagreed, and we asked to change to a hotel with a similar price, but they still couldn't coordinate. Finally, at around 5pm, they coordinated two rooms in their own hotel for me. I don't understand why there were no rooms at 2pm. It was just the check-in time, so there shouldn't be no rooms left. It felt like they were oversold. They wanted to change whoever was easier to talk to. If we hadn't insisted, I guess they would have let us stay in a hotel with a price of 400 per room.

It is in a wealthy area. It is very safe. Taxis are point-to-point. It takes 7 minutes to get to villagemkt by taxi.

The hotel is located in the Chinese area, clean and has a good breakfast

The bed was soft and comfortable, the breakfast was OK and the environment was nice. The only problem was that the water was yellow and smelled like disinfectant, whether it was flushing the toilet or taking a shower.
