"It's more of an apartment hostel but it's very good. There are multiple beds in one room which gives it a hostel feel. The owner is so incredibly nice but he doesn't really speak English, just Chinese. Hotel is in a good location right between Yaya Mall and Chinatown. Area is safe as it's the Kilimanjaro area and there are guards for the building. When you enter the building tell the main guard you want to go to Elephant Hotel and he contact the boss to come down and get you. The room is very clean and the WiFi is very fast."

"We really liked the hotel location and amenities. However, one of the employees stole $120 out of my purse in our room. At the time we were leaving, they were investigating and had a suspect. They were going to discipline this person. However, since it was still under investigation, I couldn’t get my money back before I left. So, they said they would email me. I haven’t heard from them yet. Whether or not, I would choose to stay there again will depend on whether or not I hear from them and get my money back "
