"I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days for a business trip. Located in the Westlands area, it offered convenient access. The room was clean, and the overall condition of the facilities was decent. Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation for a business trip. However, the reception service was somewhat disappointing. The staff were relatively slow in handling tasks, and I felt a bit uncomfortable seeing them chatting amongst themselves while I was being assisted. In particular, when I inquired about a discrepancy in the bill amount during checkout, I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes for verification. It was eventually confirmed to be a calculation error on the hotel's part, and the payment was processed excluding that amount. While the overall stay was good, I believe it would be an even better hotel if the front desk's response speed and service were improved."

"It is located in a high-end residential area of Nairobi. I rented a room in an apartment where rich locals live. There were some unpleasant things, such as ants in the room and the toilet not flushing due to water outages, but other than that it was very good. I think it can't be helped since it's a high-end apartment. The room has a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, so you can cook. There is also a balcony, so you can do your laundry. The owner, Rose, was very kind and went to the supermarket with me. Nairobi is a dangerous city, but this was the only place where I could stay safely. There were many security guards, so it was very safe. I took a taxi for everything except going to the supermarket, but I felt safe when I returned to the accommodation. If you don't mind small things like ants, I recommend you use this place. I think it's a very reliable area in terms of safety."

"The hotel itself is in a great location. However, there are major constructions going on outside our room which started at 8am until 6pm - not the hotel’s fault, however, when we asked to move rooms with one woman and she insisted there was no construction going on, even after showing her a picture of it, so we were denied. We asked to move again the following day with a different worker who was more than happy to help. Our new room was away from the construction, so it was very quiet. The breakfast was great, I would highly recommend it."
