Very convenient location with family mart right downstairs, sugi pharmacy with good range of stuff with tax free shipping and 24 ichiran nearby. There are also variety of restaurants nearby, and short walking distance through unimall (underground mall) linked to subways, meitetsu, kintetsu and JR Nagoya. The hotel has also added a bed for my elder child at no extra cost.

Moderate sized room with comfortable bed. Right next to one of the exit of underground street connected to Nagoya Station. Public bath water was not so clean though.

Location near Nagoya station by 10 min walk. Minimart is nearby. Not various choice of breakfast but taste was great.

We had a fantastic experience at The Royal Park Canvas Hotel in Nagoya. The location is unbeatable—just a short 5-minute walk from JR Nagoya Station, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is also connected to the Unimall underground shopping area, which made exploring and dining a breeze even on rainy days. Our room was bigger than usual and thoughtfully designed, with a modern, boutique feel. Everything was spotless, and we appreciated the little touches like the air purifier, green tea set, and high-quality toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the public bath area, which offered a relaxing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The hotel also has a cozy lounge and a stylish restaurant that serves a satisfying breakfast buffet with both Japanese and Western options. Service was excellent—staff were friendly, professional, and spoke good English. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is chic yet welcoming, with contemporary Japanese art adding a unique local flair. If you're looking for a clean, modern, and well-located hotel in Nagoya, we highly recommend The Royal Park Canvas. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit!
