"The customer service at Nalagi Hotel was amazing from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to help us with taxis and directions, and the rooms were immaculate with fresh towels and daily cleaning. We absolutely loved Dongsheng's Chinese Restaurant downstairs and ended up eating there for our entire trip. A perfect stay with wonderful hospitality!"

"I stayed in an 8-bed dorm and overall had a comfortable stay. The bed, pillow, and blanket were good, and I slept well, although the mattress felt a bit like an air mattress. There are lockers available, but you need to bring your own lock. The reception staff were always helpful, whether it was arranging a taxi or answering questions. I also liked the small café at the hotel — it was cute and convenient. Bathrooms and toilets were close by, especially if you stay on the ground floor. The only downside was that another guest turned off the air conditioning during the night, which made the room uncomfortable, but that was more about the guest than the hotel itself. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and I liked staying here."

"We chose to stay here for one night as a transit, which helped given our flight was delayed and we were travelling with a toddler. We waited for 30 mins for the free shuttle as we didn’t know we were waiting in the wrong area. They didn’t have a driver waiting with a sign and they didn’t communicate with help desk (we contacted help desk to call the hotel to let them know we arrived) about clear instructions where to meet. Waiting with a toddler wasn’t fun, so would appreciate if you had a driver waiting or check on flight status, despite delay - as I provided them the details or wrote in the email to wait straight ahead, not where the taxis were waiting. Hotel was a few minutes drive from airport. Room was spacious, shower was ok, bed was ok (sheets need bleach as there were old - not fresh dirty marks on it), they didn’t provide free water or filtered water, so we had to buy water. Breakfast was a fair spread. The playground looked great for kids/ toddler but it was raining so we couldn’t use it. Simple things (free water, better communication with shuttle, cleaner sheets) could have improved the experience and that’s why I’m providing this rating,"

"My flight reached late at night. I checked in after 10pm. No one was there to guide or help with the luggage. Had difficulties looking for my room. Was told by an employee that my room was upstairs so had to go up the stairs with my 20kg back, 7 kg carry on and my handbag, only to be told by a guest that it was downstairs. I was frustrated and exhausted from my long flight from Australia. The guest took me downstairs to my room. Thank God for his help. The hotel was nice, except for their services, other things were good."

"Where disappointed, room was not like the pictures . Was advertised as a deluxe room bur was very old and small. When walking to our room we walked over mats that were covering a hole . The back door of our room only had a chain to lock and we hadn't realized there was no internet. We realized immediately that we would not be comfortable and decided to leave immediately. We asked If we could at least have 1 night of our 2 nights already payed reimbursed but we're declined."

"This is the pick of the airport hotels near Nadi. We have stayed in 3 different hotels on the beachside airport hotel strip. While it is not the most spectacular beach in Fiji it is certainly pleasant to be on the seaside shore and able to walk on the beach. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful and gave us an early check in. The buffet breakfast was very good. The facilities were up to standard and clean and comfortable. Ideal for a trans pacific layover to break the long haul flight to the USA or to have a few days chill out."

"Very dated hotel, if you just doing a quick stay and travelling on to your next destination it works well. We arrived to no towels and had to leave a $50 room deposit, thankfully we changed some cash before we left the airport, they had no eftpos facilities working. Our towels we had to go and collect at 10.30pm that night."

"I stayed in a mixed dorm and had a really nice stay. The room was set up like a small villa, with queen-size beds and a bunk bed. I was lucky to share the room with two women, and we all slept really well every night. There was a shower and toilet inside the villa, and also a sink inside the room, which was a little unusual, but it worked fine. The resort has a pool, bar, and restaurant. The food was good — I especially liked the chicken noodle soup. The staff were also very sweet and helpful with anything we needed. Overall, it was a comfortable, safe, and relaxing stay."

"Perfect location for the airport, literally walking distance across the road (and yet didn’t really hear planes!). Lovely grounds & pools. Good restaurant, although dinner portions very small. We had the cheapest room type, and it was disappointingly close to the kitchen noise & walls were very thin - we could hear our neighbours coughing through the night. We would use again for the airport, but try a more expensive room option."

"The hospitable elder sister always invites everyone to eat. Fijian specialties: fish, cassava, pineapples, bananas, you name it. The B&B is located four or five minutes by the sea. It is 5 kilometers and half an hour by car to Nadi Town, and then you can transfer to Lautoka or other places, which is very convenient. The most important staff are extremely enthusiastic and the Fijian people are very friendly! Thank you!"
