"Literally my favourite spot in Nadi. I’ve been to many hotels and apartments, and Hibiscus suites is on a level on its own. From the moment you arrive, everything feels welcoming, comfortable and beautifully looked after. The rooms are spotless, spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it perfect for a short stay or longer visits. The staff (Naomi and her boss) are amazing, friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make you feel at home. Location is super convenient and close to everything you need, yet still peaceful and relaxing. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"I had booked the family apartment few weeks ago to attend my nephew’s engagement party 5 mins away at Bates cafe. Initially I loved the set up, space and first impression until night time when we returned from the party to sleep. The room that my mum was sleeping had bed bug on the duvet and we later on we could see blood stains on the bed sheet overhang. Mum had already got bitten by the bed bug and had allergic reaction for few days. Both mum and I are allergic to bed bugs and specially me. Therefore, I couldn’t risk sleeping on the bed. I had to move into the other room with another family. I was trying to reach the room service for some more bed sheets but couldn’t at that time of the night. While checking out I had speaking raised my concern and I was told by the checkout lady that they had fumigated just last week. That’s beside the point, we shouldn’t be paying to be bitten by bed bugs."

"Pros: Resort vibes. Along the coast. Great sunset. Nice swimming pool. In-house activities for kids. Cons: Extremely high amounts of mosquitos. Repeated breakfast items over 5 mornings. Unhelpful staff, especially the porter who did not want to help us move our luggage (10 pcs) at 11pm. He had sent the wrong luggage to the wrong rooms, but was unwilling to rectify the issue. Rooms that need to be repaired (TV not working, fan not working, aircon not cold, fridge not working, etc)."

"Super slow check in and check out process. Regardless of what time you come to checkin. This is not even at peak 2pm time. Everything is pretty much what you pay for. People does smoke in the room so that tench smell is there. It says no smoking in the room signage but not sure how they monitor that. Early morning get ready to break your sleep at 6am every day cause the bats on the trees outside will be louder than everything you can think of."
