MM304639****Facilities: The whole house is smart home, which is very convenient, and the smart toilet is also very comfortable. Service: The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The meat buns, millet porridge, and yogurt pancakes were all incredibly tasty. You can also order à la carte for lunch and dinner; I tried the blood sausage, milk tea, and cold oat noodles, and they were all excellent. In short, if you're visiting a volcano, I highly recommend considering this guesthouse! 🫡

AAiwujiwudekaixinmaI searched countless hotels for a yurt, but they all said the conditions were subpar until I found this one. The bed was the first thing that caught my eye; it was unique. The reviews were also great, but the main attraction was the large grassland, so I decided on it. It was past 11 PM on check-in day, and the owner was still waiting for us. Let me share some reviews of each aspect. First, the location: It's very close to the Volcano Scenic Area. People say the Volcano South Visitor Center is crowded and causes traffic jams, but I asked the owner, and he said there's an intersection very close to the hotel where you can enter. You can just buy a ticket later, saving you a long, crowded journey. Rooms: We booked a yurt, and there are also cabins. Our yurt was quite large, with a clean floor that made you want to walk barefoot. The bathroom was simple but clean (though the door was a bit low). Service: The owner was very kind. My child had diarrhea on arrival, and the next day he was very considerate and asked about his condition. Finally, a word about the beautiful scenery: The grasslands behind the mountain are so stunning! We spent half a day taking photos there, and I almost forgot to go to Huanghuagou. Hahaha. It was a very satisfying stay and I've already recommended it to friends and family. (P.S.: There was a bonfire party that evening, but we arrived too late and didn't attend.)

AAnonymous UserFirst off, the location is truly excellent, a unique advantage. There's a hot spring hotel right next door where you can enjoy a soak. However, the overall management and service facilities are severely lacking! Let's start with the hygiene: urine stains on the toilet seat, hair everywhere you look, and debris falling from the ceiling when you turn on the 'starry sky' light – I honestly don't know what to say. Then there's the service; it feels like there's barely any service at all. For example, regarding the hot spring tickets included in the package, shouldn't you remind guests beforehand to bring their own swimsuits? (Mine cost over 300 yuan!) And for the volcano tickets, shouldn't you confirm guest information and redeem them in advance? (When I was ready to leave and went to the front desk for the tickets, they told me to buy them on the spot, then I had to provide my ID again and go to another ticket office to exchange them. This whole process took a good half hour!) I can accept your high prices, but at the very least, your service and hygiene should match. I hope you see this review and make improvements. Don't disappoint customers who've traveled so far to get here!

Environment: The filming location for ”Goodbye My Love,” the surrounding area is quiet, and the residents are all locals, very kind and simple. You can see a shepherd herding sheep right outside the door. There are bonfire activities and fireworks at night. Service: Everyone was very warm and attentive. When we arrived, our room was on the shady side and a bit cold. Worried that our child might get cold at night, the manager kindly upgraded us to a larger room on the sunny side. Thank you! 🙏🏻

GGuest UserHad a fantastic stay! The hotel was easy to find, with convenient parking nearby, and really close to the attractions. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfy, and all the facilities were great. The overall environment was very quiet. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. It offers excellent value for money, and I had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend it, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!

GGuest UserVery good! Although this solo trip to Ulanqab was not carefully planned, the food, accommodation, scenery, etc. were just right. Staying at Yaju B&B was beyond my expectations! The room faces the yard with a glass wall. The room is very cozy. The log furniture and warm lighting make people feel relaxed as soon as they enter the door. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and there is plenty of hot water, so you can fall asleep peacefully in peace. The front desk also thoughtfully prepared a local specialty breakfast, and the handmade rice cakes and freshly ground soy milk are amazing! It is a 5-minute walk to the volcanic scenic area, which is highly recommended to friends who want to experience a slow life.

AAnonymous UserThe yurt-type B&B we stayed in did not have air conditioning, so we relied on the hot kang for heating at night. In a place like Ulanqab, it was too cold at night to take a shower. When we woke up in the morning, there was suddenly no water. It was said that the water supply system was broken. It was repaired, but we had other itineraries and couldn't wait for repairs. In the end, we had to spend money to buy mineral water to wash up. It was a very embarrassing accommodation experience.

GGuest UserThis campsite must be reviewed highly, it is so good. Facilities: It has just been opened for a few days, and the facilities are very new. The bedding is very clean. The boss actually uses mattresses in the campsite. It is so surprising, especially the quilt is super comfortable and warm. Hygiene: I am a person who cares very much about housing conditions, especially bathrooms and shower rooms. I didn’t want to take a shower in a public shower room, so I went to visit it first. After the visit, I was surprised that it was very clean, so I took a quick shower before going to bed. Take a hot bath to relieve the fatigue of the day. Here comes the key point: the service is great! The service is great! The service is great! Say important things three times. The boss and all employees are very approachable, speak politely, and communicate like friends. Especially the little beauty Rong Rong, who is beautiful, kind-hearted, super cute and polite. Generally speaking, the most amazing thing about this trip to Ulanqab is not the scenic spots, but this camping trip. As a first-time camping person, I fell in love with it every minute. It gave me this kind of experience in a fast-paced city. People who are busy at work can relax like never before. Thumbs up👍👍👍

VVSTA wonderful and memorable experience in the grassland especially when the hosts are ever so friendly, helpful, and so hospitable. With their warm welcome and kind hospitality we felt like home. They upgraded our room for free so that we could experience staying inside a yurt. We are extremely touched by their generosity, too. We had a bonfire night too and enjoyed the fireworks on the Saturday night. The restaurant in this resort serves well-cooked, sumptuous meals at a reasonable price, considering that they are some 42km away from the nearest town, ZhuoZi Shan. Highly recommended to stay here as the environment is comfortable and peaceful. Although the water is not good for drinking, there are bottled drinks / water available at the grocery shops. Hair dryer, shampoo, soap are all provided too.

JJHuntBooked in here by mistake 😂 (i took a train to Shangdu, which is not the same place as Xanadu!! (Its about 4 hours away)… the hotel is gorgeous though; huge, modern rooms and a great breakfast too. Watched a midnight storm through the huge floor to ceiling windows. One of those high end gems you find in China because they have the money to build places such as this. I probably wont come back to Shangdu again (although it does break up the train journey from Hohhot to the real Xanadu) but if i do, its an obvious, top grade option. Lovely staff too, who helped me with my train bookings.
