"Ulanqab is now also a tourist city, especially in the summer, it is very cool and it is very pleasant to come here to escape the heat. The Holiday Inn Express in Wanda Plaza is also a good choice. Although it is not close to the railway station, the nearby dining and shopping are very convenient. There is also a large parking lot in front of the door. The guest rooms are quite large and it is not crowded for two people to live in. The breakfast restaurant on the third floor is open to the public. "My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sparse, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher."

"This is the hotel I booked for my exam trip to Ulanqab. Throughout my stay, I truly experienced the comfort and attentive service expected of an international hotel. First, the environment: the room was clean and tidy, especially beautiful in the mornings and afternoons when the sunlight created a wonderful atmosphere. The room was also fully equipped. It's worth mentioning that the pillows and mattress were more comfortable than any other hotel I've stayed in; the pillows seemed to be made of slow-rebound memory foam, which is really important for someone like me who often suffers from insomnia. Secondly, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the restaurant was clean and bright. Finally, the service: the front desk staff were very kind, polite, and attentive. They even arranged a private car to pick me up from the high-speed rail station after I booked it in the afternoon. This made for a truly seamless stay. I hope to return not for exams, but to experience such thoughtful and heartwarming service again and to feel the charm of Ulanqab's urban culture. I wish the hotel continued success."

"Last year during the National Day holiday, I randomly chose Jin Yi Youxuan Hotel to stay in Jining because it had just opened and I was confident in its cleanliness. The experience far exceeded my expectations. It was a three-star hotel with five-star service. My family loved it, and this National Day holiday they unanimously requested to come back to Inner Mongolia again, and of course, stay at Jin Yi Youxuan again. This time, compared to last year, the service was still excellent, and the cleanliness was still very good. However, the room had a stronger smell of smoke, and some of the towels were old. The staff also seemed a little tired, and the afternoon tea snacks had fewer options. But overall, I still recommend it. The afternoon tea was especially convenient for the elderly and children. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but all the items were of good quality, with the shumai and milk tea being particularly delicious. The bed was just the right firmness, the room was spacious, and I could get a good rest. Parking was also convenient. At just over 300 yuan, it was great value for money.
With childhood memories of Jining and this wonderful hotel, I'll definitely be a frequent visitor."

1. The location is fantastic, the rooms are incredibly clean, and the surroundings are very quiet.
2. The owner was incredibly kind. We couldn't find the hotel at first, but he came down to pick us up, which was very touching.
3. We were from out of town, so we asked the owner about local specialties, and he enthusiastically recommended local delicacies.
4. The room provided disposable bath towels and hand towels, which were very hygienic. They also included disposable toilet seats and bath towels, which was a really thoughtful touch.
I will definitely stay here again if I visit Ulanqab again.

GGuest UserThis place offers incredible value for money! Our room had a huge floor-to-ceiling window, so we could watch the bonfire party right from our bed. The view was amazing and it was super cozy.
You absolutely *must* try their signature dishes. The roasted lamb leg was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the yogurt pancakes were delightfully soft and chewy – both were absolutely delicious.
The biggest surprise was that the hotel spontaneously organized a bonfire party, complete with fireworks! Everyone gathered around the bonfire, singing, dancing, and playing games. The atmosphere was incredible and totally exceeded our expectations.
The owner was also incredibly warm and friendly. Our stay was perfect, and I highly recommend it!

The rooms and common areas were spotless. From the beds and bathrooms to every nook and cranny, everything was meticulously maintained. There were no unpleasant odors or clutter. Amenities were neatly arranged, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a safe and comfortable stay without any hygiene concerns. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, and opening the window revealed expansive grassland views. Watching the sunset in the evening and listening to birdsong in the morning created a truly immersive atmosphere.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, patiently and meticulously handling everything from check-in to check-out, answering all questions promptly. They also helped resolve any minor issues immediately, treating everyone with genuine warmth and making me feel completely at ease, like family.
Overall, it offers excellent value for money, combining the pristine beauty of the grasslands with a clean, comfortable environment and heartwarming service. It's perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and experience the charm of the grasslands. We had a comfortable stay and a great time this time. Next time we come to the grasslands, this will definitely be our first choice. We sincerely recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserIm impressed by Atour group of hotels. This one located in Ulanqab didnt disappoint either. Its amentities, decor, cleanliness, service, bed, pillow and facilities are all top notch for a fraction of the price. It really puts Western hotel brands to shame. Almost anything that you could think of, Atour hotel has probably though of it already. They even provide alcohol wipes for sanitary purposes. There is even free self service laundry.
Do yourself a favour, when you travel in China, skip the big western hotels and give Atour a go. You will be so spoilt that you wished other hotels has such service and amenities. Im only saying this because i booked Atour hotels by chance a few years back and now that I am back traveling in China, they are even better than before.
Its also nearby the high speed rail station, so its convenient as well.

GGuest UserVery good! Although this solo trip to Ulanqab was not carefully planned, the food, accommodation, scenery, etc. were just right. Staying at Yaju B&B was beyond my expectations! The room faces the yard with a glass wall. The room is very cozy. The log furniture and warm lighting make people feel relaxed as soon as they enter the door. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and there is plenty of hot water, so you can fall asleep peacefully in peace. The front desk also thoughtfully prepared a local specialty breakfast, and the handmade rice cakes and freshly ground soy milk are amazing! It is a 5-minute walk to the volcanic scenic area, which is highly recommended to friends who want to experience a slow life.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness was so-so. Upon entering the room, I saw a long hair on the tea table, and there was a handwritten label on the bath towel – a bit odd.
Service: The staff's service attitude was okay, but they were a bit overwhelmed with customers, and check-in was a bit slow.
Facilities: I briefly set up the air conditioning for heating, but it wouldn't turn on; I'm not sure if it was a settings issue. The room phone wasn't connected; I had to find the number online to contact the front desk.
There was no welcome gift upon departure, but they gave me one when I asked if I could take the toiletries kit.
Overall, my experience at this Ji Hotel was just average; the details weren't great. I chose this hotel because of its location and the free admission ticket.

Facilities: It has just been opened for a few days, and the facilities are very new. The bedding is very clean. The boss actually uses mattresses in the campsite. It is so surprising, especially the quilt is super comfortable and warm.
Hygiene: I am a person who cares very much about housing conditions, especially bathrooms and shower rooms. I didn’t want to take a shower in a public shower room, so I went to visit it first. After the visit, I was surprised that it was very clean, so I took a quick shower before going to bed. Take a hot bath to relieve the fatigue of the day.

The boss and all employees are very approachable, speak politely, and communicate like friends. Especially the little beauty Rong Rong, who is beautiful, kind-hearted, super cute and polite.

Accommodation: The first day we stayed in a tent camp in another place, with only public toilets. It was very cold and windy at night, so my friend told me to book a better one the next day. So I booked here the next day. I could take a shower, and the room had a separate toilet and toiletries. I felt happy instantly.
Play: The rich brother set off fireworks for us for an hour 🎆 and shared Gatling with us even though we didn't know each other. Everyone was dancing on tricycles, super excited. There was also a big horse with a shoulder height of more than 2 meters 🐴 who let us sit for free, which was really fun.
Eat: Breakfast was amazing with mutton buns. It was the first time I had such delicious mutton buns in my life. They were as big as a fist and juicy. Each of the five of us ate at least 4! Breakfast was from 7:30 to 9:00, and we got up at 7:30 to eat the first wave of mutton buns. I really want to ask the boss if he can mail me some raw buns, I'll eat them (we have two rooms, and I just want to say that such a good homestay is worth reviewing twice!)
