GGuest UserThis hotel has a very good online reputation and a great location, making taxis easily accessible to Fantawild and other scenic spots. Jianmin Feichang is nearby, so you don't have to go far to try the local specialty. The service is excellent, and the hotel's housekeeping service provides everything you need, including children's toothbrushes, bathrobes, bed guards, footrests, and more. [Heart][Heart][Heart] The housekeeper on our floor was incredibly helpful, offering everything from disposable bathtub covers and toilet seats to fruit and chrysanthemum tea, hand-washing detergent, and clothes drying racks. She was incredibly attentive and helpful. There's also a swimming pool on the fifth floor, and access cards are available at the front desk.
The room was very large, but facing the street, which can be a bit noisy, so earplugs are recommended. The amenities are excellent, making it a truly excellent and value-for-money hotel in the area. Nearby shopping, snack bars, and a food court make daily needs convenient.

Cleanliness: The hotel is newly opened and very clean; the staff cleaned thoroughly.
Environment: Primarily, it's very close to the train station. The surrounding environment is average, but the room environment is quite nice, and the soundproofing is pretty good; you can barely hear the train station or airplane noises.
Service: The service was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful with many choices; the rice noodles were delicious, and all the condiments were great.
There were so many mosquitoes in Sichuan in October! Although the hotel warned me, it was still beyond my expectations; I got bitten so many times…

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, with free underground parking, convenient parking, and good service attitude of every staff member in the hotel. After booking the room on Ctrip, the hotel staff also called to confirm any requirements for the room, which felt very considerate. The room was clean and tidy, sanitary and bright, the room environment was quiet, and the sleep quality was very good. The hotel breakfast has a complete variety and rich taste. It is also convenient to eat outside the hotel. I especially recommend the Chuanchuanxiang hot pot behind the hotel, which is clean and delicious! I will choose this hotel next time!

GGuest UserThis stay experience was really beyond expectations! First of all, I have to praise the location of the homestay. The surrounding environment is too comfortable. It is very pleasant whether it is a walk or a view of the scenery. The air is very fresh and there is no noise in the city at all. I feel very relaxed when I live in.
What is more heartwarming is the enthusiasm of the boss, from check-in to departure, the whole process is particularly thoughtful. Take the initiative to help with the luggage, come back at night and smile and say hello to ask how the stay is, that kind of intimacy is like going to a friend's house, and the room change in the middle is also very straightforward.
The room was clean and tidy, and the stay was very safe. Overall, the environment is extra points, the service is extra points, I will definitely choose this one next time I come here.

QQianziqianziPros: Overall, the hotel is pretty good. The pet park has a lot of animals, and the outdoor kids' playground is a highlight. The staff member in the craft room, who teaches the kids' classes, was especially professional and dedicated; the kids really liked her, so she deserves a special mention. The front desk staff was also professional.
Areas for improvement:
1. In the B1 restaurant, the kids' cutlery (spoons and forks) was casually left on the countertop, and it was unclear whether it had been sterilized or already used. I also lost something in the restaurant, and even after clearly stating where it was, they claimed it wasn't there. They couldn't even manage the simple task of picking up a lost item when a guest saw it.
2. Even though there were plenty of parking spaces in the underground garage, the security guards wouldn't let cars in, even lying and saying the garage was full. I don't know what their motivation was, but it caused traffic congestion on the roadside. Most hotels prioritize guiding guests to the underground garage, but this one completely blocked its own entrance. Is that supposed to make it look busy or something?
