我不是經常寫點評的人，之前住的很多酒店也沒有點評的必要。但是岷山飯店我一定要寫點內容。這次來四川出差，不熟地方。開始訂了一個網紅酒店，第二天果斷換到岷山飯店。借給岷山飯店點評的機會，也説説現在攜程本身令人疑惑的鑽級評價制度。
第一個就是衞生條件。本來不應該説這個的，酒店就應該達到這個標準。岷山飯店能夠做到乾濕分離，獨立的開水區、衞生間和浴室。每天打掃衞生都能對盥洗池和馬桶消毒，消毒用的葯品也沒什麼味道。不像第一天入住的網紅酒店把除垢用白醋泡到熱水壺直接端給我。岷山飯店的酒店衞生做的非常好，這一點可能不會有很多人點評，但是衞生條件好才是入住的基礎。
第二個是房間設施，房間設定和設計是不沖突的。岷山飯店通過合理安排設施的位置，可以更大的展示房間的空間感（雖然房間本身也很大）。之前的網紅酒店差不多大的空間，為了簡約感衹放了一個桌子一個塑料凳子。岷山飯店這裏，衞浴區是需要儘量乾燥的，所以用了玻璃，磚和木製部分。而休息區整個地面被地毯鋪滿非常好評，凳子和沙發也都是軟包的，坐上去會覺得確實住到了酒店。以上會讓清潔工作比較辛苦，這就體現出岷山作為本地老牌酒店集團的實力。
我覺得以上兩點內容已經足夠説明岷山飯店的過人之處了。最離譜的是在同樣區位同樣住房空間的情況下，岷山飯店入住價格還更便宜，居然在給到入住質感的同時，還能給到性價比。另外就是最開始住到綿陽的岷山飯店還擔心交通不方便，但事實是公交直通市中心和景點，打車也不是很貴，我甚至每天共享單車上下班。酒店雖然在主路交叉口，但落地窗隔音做的很好，睡到早上也不會被吵醒。總之就是很推薦大家來綿陽入住這裏，五星級酒店的實力不是攜程的五個鑽能碰瓷的。下次有機會到四川出差或者旅遊會提前看看岷山飯店還有沒有房間可以入住。

先説優點吧，總體性價比可以，畢竟價格不高還含早餐，距離聖水寺也很近，就在東門口。缺點是周邊吃的很少，多數要跑一公裡外，然後早餐很一般，而且説是到9點半，9點27進去説都沒有了，麪也不給煮了，真是無語，詢問之下説是9點半都要收餐了，然後我説那不是還剩三分鐘怎麼不能煮了呢，回答説哪有下來這麼晚的，反正沒碰到過這樣的酒店。另外就是房間隔音很差，旁邊的電視聲從早到晚，都沒睡好。

I went to Mianyang Fangte to travel. I saw a lot of hotels on Trip.com . I finally chose this one. It was really good and the service was in place. Our group of 5 families had a pleasant Qingming holiday in the private hospital. The room is clean and tidy, the toiletries are complete, it would be better if you have a conditioner. At the end of the road is the B&B (there is a short section where there is no navigation). You don’t have to go anywhere to play, you can sit on the terrace all day with a cup of tea~

However, the service is almost zero. There is a set of bathrobes and bath towels, a set of pillowcases is also prepared, the shower room does not even have a hook, the bathroom is small and can't fit, and there is no plan for power outages. Most of the clerks are playing with mobile phones during the in and out.
Overall, the environment is top-notch, and the decoration is blood-based. But the service is too bad, not an attitude problem, but a lack of service awareness. I hope that friends in Dongzhai can strengthen their service awareness and strive to match the service level that high-end homestays should have.

GGuest UserI originally planned to go to Fantawild in Mianyang for two days on the weekend. Later, when I was making a travel guide, I accidentally saw this hotel. I felt that it was more suitable for seven-year-old children to play, and adults would not be so tired. I took the high-speed rail from Xi'an early on Saturday morning. It is about 30 minutes away from Mianyang Station. It is located in the Xianhu Water Conservancy Scenic Area. After checking in, I felt that the decision was wise. There are many activities for children to play in and around the hotel. Take the shuttle bus to the Qinshui Bay Beach, take a boat at the pier, and travel around the lake. The children were very happy. I recommended it to my friends after returning.

TTangtanghezhuoneI found this hotel on Ctrip after visiting Baoen Temple. Because I missed the peak of the holiday, I felt like I had the whole hotel and all the beautiful scenery to myself. It was very quiet and there was no light pollution. I could just draw the curtains when I went to bed at night, and I could see the misty mountains when I lay in bed in the morning. The hotel's sister Xiuxiu took good care of us, with delicious dinner and delicious egg noodles for breakfast. I will go there again if I have the chance, and I can pick cherries in May.
