The hotel is very new, the room layout is reasonable, the subway entrance is very close to the business district, and it takes only six minutes to walk. There is Tim Coffee across the street. The hotel decoration style is unique, elegant and noble.

The hotel front desk service is enthusiastic, especially when we go out, they chased us to the door and gave us a local tourist map. Bottled water and coffee are unlimited in the room. There is a subway bus downstairs of the hotel, which can reach any attraction you want to go to in Montreal. The location is very convenient.

I booked a hotel in advance through Ctrip and paid in full. They didn't say anything when I checked out. When I returned to China, there was an extra 238 RMB on my credit card bill. I asked the travel agency and the hotel admitted that they deducted the money from my card without informing me. The explanation was that the room rate had increased that day so I had to pay the difference. Ctrip stepped in to resolve the issue satisfactorily and the hotel refunded the fee. I like CTRIP.

The room was very good, but the hotel front desk asked me to pay a deposit of about 1,000 Canadian dollars when I checked in. It has been more than half a month since I checked out, but they still haven't returned the deposit to me, which is terrible.

The room was new, the bed and pillow were comfortable, but there was no toothbrush or toothpaste the night I checked in. I didn't brush my teeth all night and bought a toothbrush the next morning. This is the first time I've ever stayed in so many hotels without toothpaste or toothbrushes. The parking lot is so rubbish, so small, and my car was scratched. It's really dangerous.
