Days Inn by Wyndham Monterey Downtown
"A very comforting stay! We only had a few hours to rest due to an early hike in the morning, and we got just the rest we needed. The bed was comfortable, and there was no noise outside. This location provided a better breakfast including eggs, bacon, breads, cereal, waffles and more :)"
Lone Oak Lodge
"Quite satisfied, the staff were very friendly!"
Travelodge by Wyndham Monterey Bay
"Excellent very happy with our stay huge room for family of 4 and friendly greeting from reception"
Best Western Park Crest Inn
"Very good, very close to the beach"
Best Western Plus Monterey Inn
"Good location and friendly staff with warm service. Very impressed on check in by staff Mr Alan. He was courteous and helpful on check in. Took time to explain and highlight the amenities available. The place feels safe and has 2 levels of secure and well lighted parking. Food and grocery are 5mins of driving away . Old Fisherman Whatf is a must to visit for dining and shopping. Neatly themed and decorated side walks. Highly recommended hotel if staying in Montery area"
Arbor Inn Monterey
"This hotel is a traditional car motor with large parking area but no lift offered. The room is pretty big and more than enough for 2 people to stay. You can drive around 8 minutes to downtown or the Old Fisherman's Wharf area for food."
Scottish Fairway Inn
"There is a nice restaurant 50 meters away 👍"
Monterey Beach Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
"Overall bad stay, great location and views but that was all it had going for it really. It was expensive for a tiny room. the lights had to be switched on one by one individually without a master light switch. some lights were broken when we checked in. There was an incredible amount of hidden costs. They wanted to charge $9 for every bottle of water in your room, charge for usage of the hotel pool and hot tub and saunas and charge parking. Overall okay stay just not at all what i’d expect for the price we paid per night."
Days Inn by Wyndham Monterey-Fisherman's Wharf Aquarium
"Bad internet, clean, ok for 1 night"

Monterey Marriott
"Very nice and spacious. But far from cannery row, shuttle is nice when it’s available but limited schedule and ends at 6 pm."
Monterey Plaza Hotel and Spa
"The room is too noisy"
Cannery Row Inn
"Very good hotel, from the location to the room facilities are very satisfactory. It is very convenient to walk to the aquarium and the old fisherman's wharf, and it is very cost-effective compared to the hotel next door."
Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa
"My stay at the hotel was just as I expected, given the cost I paid for my accommodations. The amenities were satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the overall environment of the hotel. However, I was surprised to find that there was no elevator, especially since we were on level 2. This made it a bit challenging to carry our luggage up the stairs. While there were a few areas that could use some improvement, such as the speed of room service and the variety of breakfast options, I felt that I received good value for my money. Overall, my experience was pleasant, and I would consider returning in the future."
Hilton Garden Inn Monterey
"The Hilton Garden Inn Monterey offers a convenient, comfortable stay in the heart of this scenic California town. Guests enjoy an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site dining, plus easy access to top attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium. While lacking some local charm, it provides reliable, well-priced accommodations for both leisure and business travelers. but one of the reception woman(seems like manager) is not very polite."
El Castell Motel
"War ok."
Monterey Bay Lodge
"Location is ok"
The Inn at 1252 Monterey
"The 2-star rating should be the ceiling of Monterey. Fortunately, I live upstairs. If my classmates stay there at night and sleep well, they won't mind. The sound insulation effect is very average, and the pillows in the double bed room are four square. 🙃"
Casa Munras Garden Hotel & Spa
"We stayed on the second floor for peace and quiet, and luckily it was a weekend, so it wasn't crowded. We stayed for three nights in a very quiet environment. The cleanliness was quite good, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. They also had coffee and tea, but the quality was just average. Check-in and check-out were both very quick. The only downside was that the price we paid through the platform was much higher than the price we got at the hotel."
Portola Hotel & Spa
"The room was clean and tidy, with seascape paintings on the wall. Breakfast was ordered, not buffet style. The lobby was nicely decorated. It was very close to Monterey Fisherman's Wharf, with many restaurants and tourists."
Stargazer Inn and Suites
"Older, but clean."
Mariposa Inn and Suites
"Monterey is really beautiful! The transportation near the hotel is very convenient. I didn't expect that some of the waiters didn't speak English. The breakfast in the hotel is average and I'm not used to it. It would be nice if there was an option with or without breakfast."
Colton Inn
"Very close to Fisherman's Wharf Plenty of parking in town Convenient for early morning whale watching The hotel is flawless I would recommend it to everyone!!!"
Best Western de Anza Inn
"Very good hotel. Located near the airport, warm and clean, the facilities are relatively new. The front desk lady is warm and polite, the room is spacious, and the children like it. The breakfast is standard American style, in addition to coffee and bread, there are waffles. The overall cost-effectiveness is high, recommended."
Hotel Pacific
"Really like this hotel as the room Is all suite room gave u the feeling like home. Especially like the fire place which gave you warm especially at the cold weather. Breakfast is good."
Hotel Abrego
"The hotel's exterior resembles an old European-style classical house, and the interior is indeed somewhat dated, with relatively poor soundproofing. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful; when I mentioned wanting a quieter room, she immediately upgraded me to a balcony room at the back. Parking cost 20 yuan, and a buffet breakfast was included, offering a fairly wide selection."
