"When I arrived, the facility looked as if it were not in business. The appearance was horrible. When we got into our rooms, the rooms smelled musty and as if the doors had never been opened. There were stains on the sofa that looked like someone had done their business and attempted to partially clean it. The table or desk was chipped around the edges. The pillows looked like they had been put in a dryer and removed. The advestisement was a big lie. The rooms and beds smelled so bad I opened my door and could smell smoke all outside. Later to realize the person on duty had been smoking when he passed our room."
