H2O Suites- Adults Only

The room is super modern updated and beautiful and clean and comfortable and spacious I’m obsessed and will be back to h2o suites they had fresh muffins delivered to us everyday and that was a great touch as a muffin eater and fresh water upon entering during check in and complimentary champagne so classy adults only no kids crying around the courtyard was to die for

Amazing service. Very clean room. Balcony pool was 10/10. Ambience was quiet and very private. Location was very close to everything. Loved the welcome champagne and the checkout gift. Would come again. Thank you so much! Best hotel ever!!!!!

For my first solo trip this was a amazing experience. The room, the pool and the people were the best. I just needed to unwind and this place helped me a lot. Everything I needed was in walking distance so location was the best. Thank you to all the staff you guys were great.

Customer-service is fantastic. From champagne at check in, complimentary mimosas in the morning, complimentary happy hour in the evening to hotel staff personally walk you in to show you tour room to a candle gift at check out, the customer service is impecable. Hotel and rooms were beautiful. I wish I would have stayed in a suite your own pool, but maybe we get that next time.

This was probably the most well thought out room I’ve ever stayed in. From the light switches, to outlets, to storage, shower controls, and overall layout - all was highly intuitive and convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable! Extra touches like the complimentary Dove Bars in the built in freezer was a nice touch, as were the fresh muffins at turndown. Great location and I rented a bicycle which was a fun way to get around the island. The General Manager Jesse is a gracious host and all staff I encountered were warm and professional.

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it. We opted not to get a private pool and we didn’t feel like we missed out at all. The rooftop pool more than made up for it. From 11 am - 2pm they offered complimentary Bloody Marys and mimosas, which then switched over to wine and sangria until 530pm. The hotel was very clean, felt new, and had an intimate, relaxed vibe. We also loved having access to the beach amenities at the Southernmost Beach Resort just a block away. The chairs, umbrellas, and towels made it easy to enjoy the beach without any hassle. One minor downside was that many of the bars and restaurants we visited were located on the opposite end of Duval Street so it required a bit of walking or planning. The room itself had some great perks. The refrigerator was actually cold (unlike most hotel mini fridges) and having a freezer and in-room ice machine was a really nice touch. The minibar prices were also very reasonable, comparable to what you’d find at a convenience store.Overall, a fantastic stay with thoughtful amenities and a great atmosphere.

Within walking distance to the beach and the best part of the Historic town and restaurant’s. This place is peaceful, quiet, serene,. The design is like a modern Oasis! The service was amazing, friendly, free water, muffins, icecream anything you might need. Great parking even in a big truck or van. I wanted a beach location, they were full, glad they were this was so peaceful and we were treated like royalty, I never missed the big busy hotel on the beach. When I wanted to go to a beach I could walk 5 min to it. The best beaches are not near a hotel anyway. So you will not mind driving the 10 min to one any how. If you have kids a beach hotel may be a better choice, a decent beach for convenience. But only 23 and older can stay here. Sorry didn’t take more pics! Think peaceful modern/Garden Oasis. We didn’t have a pool on our balcony, but the main pool was perfect, beautiful and quiet, with bar on the roof!
