"The exhaust fan was caped with a lot of dust so it kept our bathroom moist with water. The floor stayed wet. The wall stayed wet. also, it was mold in our shower to fix that issue. They should dust off the exhaust fan in the bathroom and our toilet inside needed to be clean with the toilet brush. I suggest the cleaners use the toilet brush."

"Absolutely terrible! Checked in & given a room that was clearly NOT ready! Two beds & one bed NOT made up with pillows on the floor. Bath dirty, not cleaned. No towels in the bathroom. Soap left in the sink opened & packaging to the side. Breakfast was disgraceful! It didn’t exist. It was from 6-9am & at 8.30am there was only cereal! All the juice had gone, nothing replenished. Cooked food had all gone. Staff comment was that “everyone comes down between 6 & 7am & gets it!” There is no member of staff setting up, replenishing & cleaning up, it’s the front desk person doing everything. ONE member of staff at ALL times is crazy!"
