A brand new and smart hotel in a good location overlooking a lake. Service was kind and thoughtful; breakfast delicious. Highly recommended.

The hotel is clean. We had a room with lake view and it is quiet.

The staff was very kind and helpful. This is a new, modern hotel near the beautiful Honghe Native Land park, an area of beautiful landscapes and lots of restaurants. We plan to stay here again when we return to the oasis of Mile.

Everything was good. Friendly staff and even give us for free extend check out.

The location of the hotel is right in front of the Honghe Water Village. The environment is beautiful and the food nearby is endless! The decoration of the hot spring room is good, clean and ventilated. It would be more considerate if it is equipped with drink towels!

I come to Mile every year. This is my first time staying here. The hotel is very new and the service attitude is super good~ The hotel details are quite good, such as self-service water in the elevator. There are some small design ideas on the water packaging. The room environment is also very good. I upgraded the room type for free. It is so comfortable to see this view when I wake up~ Next time I come to Mile, I will choose this place first😊😊

The room is quite big, the bedding is very comfortable, and the dry and wet separation is very good. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel breakfast is great, salmon sashimi, salt and pepper shrimp, fruits, etc. The handsome guy No. 12 at the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent us to the door when we left the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, just near the Huquan Ecological Park. The lake view room has a nice view. The hotel's breakfast is rich and has many varieties. The wind power of the hotel's hair dryer is too small, and it takes a long time to blow after washing your hair; 2. There is no place to dry wet clothes. There is a hot spring on the first floor of the hotel. The problem of drying swimsuits and swimming trunks after customers return to the room after taking a hot spring bath should be considered; 3. There is no refrigerator in the room, and the hotel's restaurant is only open during breakfast time in the morning. At other times, it cannot help heat up the food brought by customers. As a hotel with an average room price of more than 500+, this kind of small details still hopes to be further improved.

The room is in a great location, convenient for travel, very close to Honghe Water Town, with a good environment, good hygiene, and good service. They greeted me every time I entered and left the door, and there was mineral water on the floor for me to take. I went directly to Dongfengyun after getting off the train, and after contacting the hotel, I was also transferred to the hotel after adding the price difference. Behind it is the lake of Honghe Water Town, so it should be considered a lake view room, with good lighting, good air circulation, and a very large bathroom. Anyway, it is very comfortable for four people to stay in.

The guy at No. 11 and the lady at the front desk are very enthusiastic, smiling and greeting us when we come in and out. The guy at No. 11 saw that my parents are old, so he specially helped us carry the boxes to the room.
